Good office experience. I was seen by an NP and expected Dr. Kessler. She was very nice but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time.

The staff are very accommodating as we were a good 20 minutes late due to traffic and the weather. We waited only about 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Kessler, who is very gentle with my child. She does listen to our concerns and gives suggestions on how to counter some challenges ie behavioral issues. One thing I was a little peeved was that the building didn’t allow anybody (maybe non tenants) to be in the lobby, which is ridiculous. It was raining outside and we were made to stand outside instead. Ridiculous!

The staff was a bit unorganized even when I had filled my details online. They didn't have access to online forms, which they let me know over phone in advance.
The Dr was curtious and nice however the examination was not thorough. It seemed that they were having an altercation b/n staff as we were 1st to arrive around 9:50am. After the vaccination we were made to wait for another 25mins while there were several patients waiting. Little bit time management, organizatioknof staff would go a long way in CX. Baby checkup needs to be thorough and staff and Dr needs to be attentive to what we say. Like we needed PCV still it took both Dr and staff lot of time understanding this simple info while reviewing the records. Same with insurance even though my carrier info was provided they took time to take the copy of same from carrier site.

the office is small and a lot going on at one time... also there are no lab facilities on premises so if you need blood work for physical papers you have to go somewhere else, its not stated in her profile but it should be .
