After moving to Arizona from Minnesota, Dr. Kosak studied biochemistry at Arizona State University and participated in published research on the mitochondria. There, she discovered her passion for Podiatric care while observing research conducted on neuropathy. Dr. Kosak pursued a career as a DPM and graduated from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. She was the first generation of podiatrists to complete three years of surgical and medical residency in the profession at the New York Community Hospital-Affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Medical College of Cornell University . While in Tucson, Dr. Kosak was part of a team of doctors that specialized in limb salvage and wound care, and worked primarily out of the Tucson Medical Center . Dr. Kosak is a highly skilled and qualified healthcare professional. She is also fluent in Spanish.
