Dr. Ruthann Kruse's journey with chiropractic care began when she was just nine years old, and it has been woven into the fabric of her life ever since. Hailing from Northwest Iowa, she carries a legacy of healing within her family, with five chiropractors shaping her understanding of care, compassion, and wellness. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Main Campus. Dr. Kruse has called Cave Creek home for over 24 years and brings more than 35 years of experience to her practice.
Dr. Kruse has joined Tatum Chiropractic and Wellness and is ready to offer her expertise and heart to each patient. Her approach to care is personal and thoughtful-she sees each patient as unique, adjusting her techniques to fit their needs. Whether using Thompson, Diversified, Activator, Shockwave, or other techniques, her goal is to empower her patients to live fully, maintaining the freedom and joy of their daily lives.

Dr Kruse has treated me off and on for the past 8 years. She listens to what I need and delivers very effective treatment. Her care has kept me from needing more invasive procedures and I am so grateful for that.
