The doctor only saw me after I have insisted that he does. He probably had more important things to do, even though I booked and paid for a doctor’s visit and not his interns.
And even after seeing me, the doctor said everything is fine and didn’t even suggest further examination and analyses to find out what the issue was…

It went very well, top notch.
The only problem I had was the paper work that I filled out on advance with you was no where to be found. I told everyone that it is there somewhere. So, either you did not send it or staff does not know where to find it.
I was told I have to fill it out again because the hospital does not receive it.
So it was a waste of my time in dealing with Zocdoc.

It would have been nice to actually have Dr. Hankins to meet with me first instead of his associate physician to review my past history as a new patient. Appointment seemed a little rushed as if they were being timed on how quickly they were to see patients.

Very friendly Doctor with good bedside manner who unfortunately could not help at all with my urological issue as not his specialty. My only critique is that I specifically listed the issue I was having when I booked the appointment two months in advance, and no one informed me this would not be the place to go. I would recommend calling the office to verify he covers what you need in advance.

Dr. Hankins seems like he could be a nice person, but definitely made me feel a little stupid/crazy when describing all of the pain and symptoms I have experienced in the last year. I don't think it was his intention, but nevertheless I entered the appointment hopeful and excited, but left discouraged with tears coming down my face. I just wanted help and further tests, but it seemed like he didn't think someone as young as I am could be experiencing a serious condition that presents the symptoms I described. I haven't gone back.

The check-in process is very efficient and I was surprised and happy to be seen pretty close to my appointment time, which almost never happens. I did not have a great experience with the doctor. He did not examine me and just ordered tests. It wasn't until I pushed on one that we decided on something else. In a fee-for-service world, it already felt like I was starting a wild goose chase to get to the bottom of my condition before we had done one test. I agree with the outcome of my visit, I would have just like to have felt like I was treated as an individual rather than as a textbook patient.
