I arrived for my scheduled 2:10 appointment and was told that my appointment was 2:30 not 2:10. Therefore the wait time was longer. Once taken into an exam room things moved along ok.

turns out there are no xrays taken at this facility so he could not really evaluate my case that well. his PA told me as I was leaving that he would make sure my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. he never sent it and when I called awhile later I was told the office was closed so I left a msg for him. the next morning by 1030am still no prescription! I called the office and they spoke to him and he told them the order was signed and they should just take care of it! I did like the doctor so I hope things get better

Very friendly and beautiful facility. From the new patient registration to getting an x-ray there, I feel like this was one of my best appointments ever!! I was referred by family and will also spread word of how great a place this was. Dr. Pizinger explained everything to me and my daughter so that we understood what was going on and the best options to go further. Wow is an understatement.

I waited for an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time today. No one told me that he was so behind when I checked in, I just sat there waiting. If I would've known about the wait I would've rescheduled for another day. once I got to see doctor he was kind and caring. He asked how I was progressing and scheduled a follow up.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. (from the xray tech to the receptionist to the physician's assistant) The doctor was to the point and explained what would help and what probably wouldn't. He didn't push anything he didn't think would help. Was able to schedule my MRI for the next day and follow up for the following week. They even had the test approved by my insurance while I waited. The flow in the way they do things is so you never are waiting long.
