Having attended Plano public schools and graduated in the inaugural class of Plano West Senior High School, Dr. Rosemore is a native Plano resident. He received the Distinguished Achievement Scholarship from Tulane University in 2001. He went on to graduate from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology in 2005.
Dr. Rosemore continued his education at The Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He received exemplary marks for his clinical skills while becoming active in the college community as a student member of the Texas Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, a student government officer, and an active member in the Gamma Omicron service organization, raising money to provide eye care and glasses for those who could not afford them.
Dr. Rosemore took on challenging clinical externships. His first externship was at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was also here that he honed his skills in recognition and treatment of eye infections and injuries. His performance earned him a certificate of special commendation from the Wing Commander and his instructor. His next rotation was with a private practice in Plano. At this office, Dr. Rosemore became proficient at working with patients with a history of brain injuries and strokes as well as children with Autism and other neurological issues. His experiences inspired him to volunteer at the Special Olympics. In Plano, he sharpened his skill in recognizing and treating conditions that cause eye strain, tired eyes, and other vision related neurological problems.
