This was a great choice ! My wait time was very short , receptionist desk was great also, and the dr was excellent.I was amazed of this facility and the excellent care.

I’ve been in excessive pain most of my life. Physical Therapy is very important but when you are in pain it is hard to feel motivated or energized to complete and focus on therapy . Dr. Mohars approach of a Medial Branch Block transformed my life. I didn’t think that 10 minutes in an outpatient surgery clinic would change my life. I cannot recommend enough that anyone dealing with chronic pain see Dr. Mohar. He will look at your body and identify the best approach to heal your pain . After my procedure I found I did not need pain medication like I used to. I was so happy and the procedure made me feel that my pain was cured. Although there’s a chance it might come back , this gives me time to heal without depending on medication or dealing with side effects. The relief you feel from the medial branch block procedure is so much more than you could ever feel from taking any medication! I highly recommend Dr. Mohar to anyone dealing with chronic pain. Thank you Dr. Mohar!

Staff was rude, having loud private cellphones conversations, doctor doesn’t listen, barely checked the records I bought with me only wanted to get insurance money by giving me X-rays and an mri when I had medical records with me! and did not help with my pain at all. I would definitely not recommend going!
