Sol Marghzar, Au.D. CCCA, FAAA, is the clinical director of The Hearing Doctor and has over 20 years of experience in this field. He was one of the experts invited by the American Academy of Audiology to develop “Guidelines for Evaluation & Management of tinnitus”, published in 2004. He has evaluated and treated over 8,000 patients for the past 17 years. His special interest in treatment of tinnitus and hyperacusis encouraged him to receive training from Dr. Pawel Jastreboff at the University of Maryland in 1997. In order to pursue his doctoral degree, Dr. Marghzar attended Nova Southeastern University, where he focused on the studies of tinnitus and hyperacusis for 2 years.
Patients visiting Dr. Marghzar can receive a full range of audiological services. He offers hearing tests, audiology consultations, and fitting for hearing aids, in addition to treatment for issues including vertigo, dizziness, tinnitus, hyperacusis.
