Sabrina's interest in nutrition started in high school as an athlete and continued into her adult years. She went to school for Culinary Arts but realized that she wanted to incorporate her love of food with her love of nutrition. So she went back to school and became a dietitian. Sabrina's training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol), kidney disease, and disease prevention. Sabrina has an additional passion for the areas of fitness and wellness because she believes in the whole body approach-going on the journey of wellness with the mind, body and spirit. Sabrina graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Minor in Business Administration from Drexel University and completed her Master of Science in Nutrition from City University of New York-Brooklyn College. Additional education/certifications include NASM Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist and ACE Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. Sabrina enjoys working out, listening to music and experimenting in the kitchen. This provider is not licensed in the state of CT, TX, and NY. A license is not required for this provider to see patients. This provider holds a Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
