For eligible patients, Dr. Patel offers SideBy Care, a virtual care service designed specifically for people with functional GI disorders. SideBy Care delivers whole-person care with a team (including a Registered Dietitian and Gut-brain Therapist) to help patients discover causes of functional GI disorders and personalized support to achieve long-term health.
We are a virtual care service focusing on nutrition and gut-brain care, and as such do not offer any procedures.

The scheduling of the virtual visit was easy. The doctor tried to reach out a few times prior to the appointment; I could not answered but when I tried to call back, I was on hold with the general scheduling department for too long, so I gave up. I tried the office number listed on ZocDoc with no answer. I connected for my appointment but the doctor didn’t show up.
