I was greeted immediately upon walking in! The receptionist was very nice. The nurses were very compassionate and explained everything very well. I really liked the doctor! She made me feel totally at ease. Very easy to talk to, explained everything in great detail! I scheduled another appointment!

Unfortunately my experience was not good and I will not be returning. Office staff and nurse were fine but the doctor I saw was very judgemental. Came in for an ankle/knee issue, never had met this doctor before and within 10 minutes of sitting with me stated I should consider weight loss surgery. Didn’t take my history, or check any of my levels just judged by appearance. Then had the nerve to ask if I was coming back to be a new patient of hers, steer clear.

Doctor was good, thorough and informative but the office needs to get it together. They called me 3 times and it was evident they didn't communicate with each other. They all told me different things about my appointment and made me feel like i was the one that "forgot" or wasn't prepared. The doctor said someone would call me back with referral info for a specialist but no one did. I know things are hectic nowadays so I'll give some grace on todays appointment but I did not have the best first impression.

In general I did not like the visit, when they called I said I haven;t been to a primary care doctor in year like 10+ and I told them them I wanted a complete work up and they said okay. When I got there they did nothing because they said I needed to have an empty stomach for test which they never informed me. I also thought she criticized my diet plan way to harshly for not knowing the plan and for our first meet. She literally only talked to me so I paid a copay and nothing was done that I let them know in advance about.

I was very pleased with the ease as to which I could talk to Dr. Najam. I left the office with more information from my one visit than from 10 years at my previous doctor. I received a follow-up phone call the next day. I feel like I am finally on my way to becoming healthy!
