My appointment time was at 12 noon I arrived at 1130. I did not leave until 230 pm. I only needed a prescription refill. The staff was complaining about how unorganized everything was. I would not go back to that location until they get a lot more organized.

I don't expect to see Dr Syed each visit but the NP, Margaret is able to hold her own and is always helpful and professional. I feel comfortable with the collaborative treatment decisions and her professional ability to do what is in the best interest of my wife and myself.

I would not advise to make an apt with ZOCDOC as they are just gonna go in and change the apt time to what works for them anyways. I made a 105 apt and they took it upon themselves to change the time with out informing anyone
