Wasn't too impressed with the front office stafff... they seemed disorganized but Dr. Gaddam was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and then thoroughly explained some possible scenarios. Also he made sure to let me know whether or not there was cause for immediate concern which really put my mind at ease
