Sally is fantastic. I came to her for ADHD medication and she really delivered. Not only does she not try to push prescription drugs but she is also very empathetic. She asked me deep questions and tried to understand the source of my mental health issues. She offered natural alternatives as well which makes me happy because I am already hesitant about medication. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m thankful I found her and plan to stay with her as long as she is in practice!

About Sally & Zarah – Trauma-Informed Nurse & Healing Partner
Hello, my name is Sally, and I’m honored to walk with you on your healing journey. With over 39 years of global nursing experience—including trauma care, pediatric intensive care, emergency transport, and psychiatric nursing—I offer compassionate, integrative support rooted in both science and empathy.
My therapy dog Zarah is by my side in many sessions, helping to foster connection, safety, and calm. Together, we offer a unique, relationship-based approach to healing.
I’m certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through EMDRIA and trained in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy via Natural Lifemanship. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, addiction, and complex medical-psychiatric conditions. I believe true healing comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—not just managing symptoms with medication alone.
Over the years, I’ve served in more than 100 global medical missions (including with Operation Smile) and helped establish programs for trafficked and vulnerable children in South Africa.
Supporting people in living full, abundant lives isn’t just my profession—it’s my calling.
