It went well. Had to wait like almost any other dr office so that wasn't too big of a deal. Nurse practitioner had amazing bedside manner. Such a nice staff too!

Beside manners lacked professionalism expected from a physician. I could also hear doctor screaming couple of times in the corridor asking the clinic admin staff who's the next patient. The doctor needs some more grooming on effective communication and patient management.
After receiving the conformation regarding my appointment made online appointment through ZocDoc, I received a call from the doctors clinic one hour prior to the appointment that they forgot to update the ZocDoc database and the doctor is fully booked for the day. When I stated that I am on my way to the clinic, they tried to accommodate my visit, which was very nice.

Dr Aly is a good doctor but his staff members are the most incompetent people ever !!!!!! They overbooked appointments and my wait time at the office was 2 hours 45 minutes- no exaggeration!! Then the doctor ordered me to get a urine analysis and a Renal ultrasound done. The staff wrote down the orders on order forms of a specific hospital. I got my lab work done and within two days the hospital posted my results. I have called Dr. Alys office atleast 5 times and each time the staff on duty act completely aloof. All I wanted was the doctor to look at my lab work and see if I needed to start antibiotics or not. The lab results got in on the 3 rd of June and today’s the 27th of June. No one has gotten back to me. To top it off when the hospital where he had ordered I get my ultrasound done called his office directly to confirm the doctors orders - they said that they had never heard of me and I’m not his patient?!!! I have the written orders right here with me. Why wouldn’t the staff have a copy or keep a track of his orders ?!!!! I’ve been his patient for atleast 1.5 years now.
Needless to say I will never be going back to this doctor because of his HORRIBLE STAFF!!!
