Dr. Salumeh Rastani Talaga completed her undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to the UC-Berkeley School of Optometry, where she met her husband and graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry in 2007. Dr. Talaga is board certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease and has been part of the Adair Optometry team since 2009.
Dr. Talaga enjoys providing comprehensive eye exams to both adults and children. She fits a variety of contact lenses from specialties like keratoconus and rigid gas permeable styles, to bifocal and astigmatism. Dr. Talaga also co-manages LASIK patients post-operatively and provides eye care for acute ocular concerns.
Dr. Talaga enjoys discussing exam findings with her patients and answering any questions they may have. She finds it rewarding to provide her patients with their best vision and emphasizes quality eye care. She looks forward to seeing new and familiar faces each day.
