Sam Fereidouni is an engaging and insightful primary care doctor based in Scottsdale, AZ. Dr. Fereidouni is terrific. Although he is a primary care doctor, his practice specializes in diabetic care. I have been battling with Type 2 Diabetes for over 8 years and I've never had it fully controlled. Within 3 months of first seeing him I was in the normal range, fully controlled, and it’s still fully controlled over 8 months later. He does not harp on you about diet or exercise, instead he finds the correct combination of medications that work for you. Dr. Fereidouni is also a diabetic himself, so he can empathize with you about the condition. He is amazing!

No pun intended, but he was very patient. He could see I was in pain and frustrated and made an effort to listen and explain everything until I felt satisfied.

I was not impressed. One of the main reasons I went to this Dr. Was because I needed a primary care physician. After describing my problems he examined my stomach and told me it was something other than what 4 other doctors had said it was. Prescribed the same medicine I have been taking that I told him did not work for me and did not address the issue of pain. So now I still have the same problems with no relief.

I saw Dr. Fereidouni as a new patient and everything was great. Office is extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, and the doctor was prompt and knowledgable. It wasn't one of those in and out, hi and bye type of visits. Doctor took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a physician. They also had a lab for blood work so I didn't have to wait at LabQuest to get blood drawn. Everything was done at the office.
I highly recommend seeing Dr. Fereidouni.

If you are looking for a PCP, I highly recommend going to aveon health. The staff are very caring and nice. They make sure you are seen quickly and get out as fast as possible. My visit was great. I have been without a primary care doctor since I have moved to AZ 7 years ago. I am so glad I found Dr Fereidouni! I did not have to wait for an appointment, as soon as my arrival he saw me within minutes, the office staff was very friendly, the staff was awesome and the Doctor was very professional yet made me feel comfortable. He was very helpful and really wanted me to get better and did not just throw antibiotics at me and send me home. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Fereidouni is an excellent doctor. He listens and takes the time to explore every option and does not jump to conclusions regarding symptoms and has always been there when I've needed him. His current practice may be new, but he is an experienced, highly qualified doctor and I highly recommend him.
