Very much like the doctor and would go back to him. Seems very experienced, doesn't do unnecessary testing, and came up with a very good solution for a very swollen throat and lymph notes.
The wait was a little extended as somehow the appointment that I booked online didn't seem to show up in the office.

I made an appointment online, didn't have to wait to be seen, and everyone was very nice. Dr. Ramakrishnan was wonderful - she was thorough and answered all of my questions, yet didn't keep me there too long. The whole appt process in general was very efficient and smooth. Highly recommended.

Amazing! The office is clean, and the magazines are up to date! (WHICH IS AMAZING) But more importantly, he listens very well to what your issues are as well as educating on what is going on/what he's doing. The waiting room is beautiful, too!

i guess it was as expected when you go to a medical doctor woth an infection they say you hae an infection and give you antibiotics.. im of a curious mind and complicated symptoms tho and i wanna what it is and why! i feel like i need to go back today because for an "ear infection" there sure is a lot else going on here.. ouch! .. my arm!! they asked me to come back for a complete CPE but it seems to me that with all i have going on and that i was there already and paying why NOT do more of a CPE right then!?.. i do feel like my situation was underaddressed.. but it is typical of the establishment at this point.. why i dont usually go to the doctor.

i was disappointed with my visit. i basically paid just to be seen and then prescribed medication without getting a confirmed diagnosis. i was recommended to get another test at another facility which would cost me more expense. no other testing were done within the clinic which is what i expected in an urgent care clinic. the physician was not very helpful and was unsure about how to treat my condition.

The Dr was great. Personable, knowledgable I will see him again. His front office staff however is another story. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. 25 minutes later was greeted and told there were 2 people ahead of me and it would be 30 minute wait. They had no idea I had an appointment and while waiting the 25 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there... 2 walk in's took my appointment time.

My kid woke up with an eye infection, our regular Dr couldn't see him until end of day, so I booked an appointment online with Dr Ramakrishnan. Paperwork was super fast and not redundant, and we were seen within 15 min of walking through the door. I will use them again if the need arises.

Overall very good. My only complaint is that the receptionists were unaware of the appointment I made through ZocDoc, though I was still seen right away.

Dr. "Sam" is the best! He is my primary care doctor. While others misdiagnosed me upon arrival to CA, Dr. Sam came to the rescue! He is a very thorough and professional doctor. Most importantly, he actually listens to his patients unlike others.
