Dr. Burke was amazing with her consultation. She went above and beyond with listening to my concerns and giving well thought-out advice when it came to my health. Dr. Burke even went as far as to recommend other tests I can also do to help understand my health and how to treat anything for the future when it comes to immediate concerns. I feel well taken care of and can’t wait for my follow-up.

I’ve used this urgent care one other time and it was great. However, I had an appointment yesterday at 6 PM. I didn’t get a link or anything for a video appointment. Around 6:15 PM, I just thought I wasn’t going to be seen, or that the system was a little glitched. No big deal, my symptoms aren’t too bad and I’ll just book another appointment elsewhere. Around 6:30 I was driving because I had to be somewhere and my phone starts blowing up by a doctor, and I’m talking she messaged me, called me more than 7 times, etc. I texted the number stated I was driving but she just kept calling to the point where unfortunately I had to block the number. I kind of thought it was weird and unprofessional due to the fact that she also sent me a message to “answer the phone.” I wasn’t going to leave a review but it just rubbed me the wrong way. I appreciate trying to get in contact but that was a little over the top especially when my appointment was 30 minutes prior.

Told me I had a 5:30pm appointment. I let them know my pharmacy closes at 8pm. They said just pay and appointment would be confirmed. Immediately paid, and they sent me an email with link to the video chat.. the appointment was set for 8pm… straight lied to me which just caused a waste of time and effort. All funds were returned. I went down to the local Walk-In Clinic.

I had an appt Friday before last. I had to call Monday to get my prescriptions called in bc it was never done. Then she only called in one of the two. Also the Dr isn’t in my insurance so I had to buy the prescription. I called back again and she said she called it in but the CVS still doesn’t have it. I have to call again to hv them fill the rx I needed a week ago. Will not use your service
