My appointment was for a consultation—no medication or treatment. Dr. Malhotra and his staff were polite but extremely rushy. From the time I called to clarify my appointment to the actual visit, the experience was rushy and non-personal. I could barely get my questions out and answered before being rushed. I do not plan to return.

Had to call to get my results and after calls finally received test results and prescription by email. Never got a call or email from a doctor explaining test results and prescription. Worst possible communication ever experienced. Its been 4 weeks since my appointment and I still didn't get to talk with a doctor. Would not recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Dr Malhotra. I went to several urologists that completely ignored my issue, and not only did he address it, but he recognized what it was right away and gave me the treatment I needed.

I never thought I would be drafting a review for a Urologist, but the care and service I received from Dr. Malhotra and his staff truly warrants positive recognition.
Let's start at the beginning: I made my appointment through ZocDoc and, as usual, the appointment system was easy, fast, and accurate. I completed my paperwork online/thru the app and it was all sent to the doctor's office. Easy capeasy.
When I showed up for my appointment (a Vasectomy consultation at the Westchester location) the office was clean, setup for appropriate social distancing, and the staff was warm and welcoming. After checking-in, I was in an exam room in about 5 min. Once in the exam room, a nurse was with me within minutes and Dr. Malhotra came in shortly thereafter. The entire initial consult lasted 10-20 minutes and Dr. Malhotra was informative, kind, and efficient.
On the day of surgery, I went to Dr. Malhotra's Culver City location. The office is much smaller than his Westchester location, but my experience was just as good. His nurses and staff were truly exceptional and made me feel at ease. Dr. Malhotra, similar to our first meeting, was well prepared, kind, efficient, and had great bed side manner. The Vasectomy was complete before I knew it and I was on my way home ready to relax for the weekend.
I followed all of Dr. Malhotra 's post-op orders and my recovery went smoothly. At my post-op appointment, again at Culver City, the office was running on time and I was in and out in 15-20 minutes.
Dr. Malhotra's practice, and my overall experience, was truly 5 star service.

Great, friendly doctor! He checked me up on an issue that other Urologists had failed to make me understand and he heard all of my concerns all the way through. He was comforting in regards to what I should expect and what I shouldn't worry about and he was quick to schedule another check up. Would definitely recommend.

I arrived about 20min early to my appt (wasn't sure if there would be additional forms to fill out, and I was a new patient) and I was actually seen early ! Dr. Malhotra was kind, understanding, and clearly knew his stuff. He answered all my questions and appeared to take a genuine interest in my case. I was seen quickly, but I didn't feel rushed or ignored. The follow-up appt and tests were scheduled promptly.

I made a mistake on my appointment date, but the receptionist politely stated that since I was here they would fit me in.
Even though I was not a scheduled patient that day, Dr Malhotra took his time to explain my medical issue, and the plan forward. As I was leaving, I had another question and again he took his time to answer my question; clearly expressing the answer to be sure I understood, and waited to see if I had anymore.
