This was my 1st visit to Dr Sannoufi's office. The front office personnel were very friendly. I was able to get an appt within 1 week of calling which was great. Dr Sannoufi was very professional & answered all of my questions & addressed all of my concerns. LabCorp is located right across the street which was very convenient. My prescriptions were called into Walgreens & ready for me to pick up as soon as I got there.

Dr. Sannoufi completed his residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and earned his medical degree from National Medical University Kiev.

The problem was not so much Dr Sannoufi as much as it was his staff. Unprofessional! Rosie (MA) was short with me, wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, underlining sarcasm with no bedside manner, I was so upset I canceled a much needed EKG for a pending surgery on the 29th. Dr Sannoufi has the inmates running the prison.

I have to say the ladies at the desk were very sweet and the office is nice and clean. The doctor really took his time in listening to all my issues and to take the time to help me understand my issues. This was my first appointment and have to say he was great.

The office was clean. The front office staff and the nurse who took our vitals were nice. Dr. Sannoufi was friendly, serous and professional. One bad thing was that I was seen over an hour past my appointment time. I didn't complain but both the nurse and the doctor apologized for the wait.
Pro tip: Don't double book patients. Instead make patients reserve their appointments with a valid credit card or cash and charge people who are no-shows. This will help keep wait times lower for your patients who show up.

I had been looking for another Dr. Due to the fact that my other Dr I had been with for a couple of years & NEVER even got to meet him in person. When I had my first visit with Dr. Sannoufi Let me tell you how nice it was to meet him in person explain my problem at the time & he listened & took action almost immediately. I actually know my health problems will be handle & he cares. I would definitely recommend him to all I know.

The doctor is great. My only problem is with the communication. I had left several messages asking for my test results from tests run in July. No calls back to schedule an appointment to get them or anything. Would like better follow up.

My appointment was at 10:20 and I did not speak with Dr. Sam until 11:50. I was never told by anybody who worked there that he was behind/busy/would be with me soon while I waited. Once he finally came to see me he was short and quick, it seemed like he couldn't wait to get out of the room. I understand that sometimes doctors office's get backed up, but this seemed a little extreme.
Also, he told me he would be prescribing two different lotions and that I should apply one in the morning and the other at night, but then he did not leave instructions with my pharmacist on which to apply when.
Overall a very negative experience. I will not be going back.

Really friendly staff! He's the only doctor there so he's very busy. He seemed nice but not really friendly looking or personable. He had a bit of a stern face kinda. Straight to the point and made it a super short time to sit with you. Kinda wish I had more opportunity to talk more but he has his laptop in front of him so it seems like he's communicating with his front office staff and before he asked me if there was anything else, the girl from the front came in to get ready to escort me out, so I felt weird to imply any other problems or questions when she just came in and stood there.

He is the best doctor I've ever had in my LIFE! He is the very first doctor that I've had listen to me and take time to talk to me about my visit. That's saying a lot coming from me because I'm always in there & and the girls are ALWAYS fantastic with a great upbeat attitude that for me even helps me feel a bit better! He listens to me and is just the best dr I could ask for! I'm so glad he's my doctor! :-)

I really liked Dr Sam. He sat with me and never rushed me or his exam. It'd been many years since I'd seen a doctor due to no insurance and he was very understanding of my problems and we are working on getting a handle on them. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Sam met with me for over an hour and discussed my new diagnosis to me in great detail. He was VERY personable and took an interest in learning about my medical history during our first appointment. His staff members were courteous and receptive to answering all of my many questions, as well. I'm sold on Dr. Sam just for the amount of time he spent with me as a new patient.
