One would wonder what prompted my interest in complementary nutrition therapy (CNT) in addition to the mainstream medical nutrition therapy having worked in one the most prestigious medical centers in the world (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center) as a clinical nutritionist for five years. While in my PhD program I had identified the effect of what was then referred to as anti-nutrient in cholesterol metabolism. My PhD topic was “the effect of protein sources on tissue proteins.” I looked at parameters such as brain acetylcholinesterase activity and the liver enzymes that we now refer to as liver function test (LFTs). supplements in healthy food. Possess high level conceptual and human management skills.
