Dr. Samuel Suede earned an B.A. from Brandeis University in 1982, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended SUNY Downstate Medical School and graduated with Honors in Medicine. Dr. Suede completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. Since 1992, he has been practicing consultative cardiology in Englewood, New Jersey. Englewood Hospital and Medical Center presented Dr. Suede with the Teaching Attending of the Year Award in 1993, 1995 and 2001. He also received the Excellence in Emergency Care Award in 2000 and 2001.
Since 2001, Dr. Suede has repeatedly been named one of America's Top Physicians. Dr. Suede has served as the assistant chief of Cardiology at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and now serves as the co-director of it's Cardiac Rehabilitation Department. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Internal Medicine. His areas of interest are lipid management, preventive heart disease, coronary heart disease and congestive heart failure.
