Dr. Cox is a 3rd generation podiatrist, practicing podiatric medicine and surgery since 1992. He has completed a 3-year medical and surgical residency program, studying both medicine and reconstructive surgery of the foot, ankle, and lower leg. Dr. Cox is double board certified by both the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and is a Fellow with the American Professional Wound Care Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has been an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) since 1991. His goal in practice is to provide the highest quality of medical and/or surgical care to treat the patient's condition, promptly and cost effectively, in order for the patient to get back to their normal lives.

Dr. Cox is always very professional and at the same time, always friendly and easy to talk to. And equally important, he has a very professional and knowledgeable staff, especially Jamie. I have been seeing Dr. Cox for several years, and he makes sure that any issues or problems that I have concerning my feet are addressed and taken care of.

The office is clean and nice and the staff is friendly. I had a 3PM appt and was called about that time. They did xrays of my feet and a preliminary question and answer session was done since I was a new patient. At the end of all this it was 3:30pm. I was asked to wait in a room until an exam room was available. I was taken to an exam room about shortly thereafter. However, I waited over an addition hour before the Dr came in. So I didn't see the Dr until around 4:45pm. He explained he was running late because of 3 emergencies. It would have been nice if I was informed of this delay while I was waiting.
Once the Dr came he was nice and informed of my problems and explained things well. He didn't rush through the exam and asked me if I had any questions. The long wait was the only complaint I had and if that is a rare thing then it was a good experience.

I have visited more than one podiatrist in my time but never have I been examined by someone who is more comprehensive and cares enough to get an understanding of my unique needs. He really took time to answer my questions and gave great advice for correction and treatment of the problem.
I was also impressed with the rest of the staff and medical assistants who were very friendly and professional.
