The office itself was hard to find. I basically walked around inside the building until I found the right office. Dr. Waseem is great! She listened to my concerns, offered other solutions I hadn't heard before, and seemed very concerned. The front desk staff were nice, but a bit unprofessional at times. Overall, I'm certainly coming back, and we definitely recommend Dr. Waseem to anyone.

The doctor was very friendly, attentive and answered my questions gladly.

I saw Dr. Waseem for the first time today and she was great. She listened to the issues I was having and gave me multiple options on how to resolve things. Her communication was excellent and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new doctor.
The assistant that took my blood work was also great and the front desk staff were helpful as well.

Great experience with both the doctor and staff. Easy to check-in, efficiently taken through biometric screening and Dr. Waseem was excellent. I really appreciated them being upfront and asking if I was comfortable with a medical student being part of the examination (who was also excellent!) Would recommend for anyone looking for a doctor on the North side.

The staff were very personable and welcoming. Dr. Waseem was attentive and cared about my medical history and questions. When she answered my questions, she made eye contact and had a pleasant demeanor. The nurse (I forgot her name) was kind, professional, and comforting. 10/10!!
