Dr. Sandra Sawa has enjoyed practicing optometry for almost twenty years. She received her Doctor of Optometry Degree from Illinois College of Optometry and completed undergraduate pre-optometry curriculum at Ferris State University where she played on their soccer team. She loves addressing patients visual concerns and providing treatment and preventative care to all of her patients. She specifically likes working with Veterans and the immigrant population.
Although she grew up in the Great Lakes region, she is now proud to call Massachusetts her home. Dr. Sawa is a history buff and has spent over a year after high-school living in Ireland and exploring Celtic history. She spends her free time reading books on ancient history and is known to indulge in a graphic novel or two.
