Dr. Shivashankar came to my rescue when I couldn't get into my PCP and I ran out of my medication. She sent the medication to my pharmacy and I was able to pick it up 30 min later. Visit was affordable.

Dr. S was amazing. Enjoyed speaking to her. Did not feel rushed like other doctors make me feel. Will return if I am sick again.

This was my first time using telemedicine. I was worried it was would be waste of money. Dr. S listened to all my complants and addressed them. Easy checkin process.

Doctor worked around my work schedule and was able to get me in last minute. I waited in an Urgent Care for 2 hours before leaving frustrated. She understood my issue and prescribed me the right meds. Started to feel better in a day. I can tell she really cares about her patients. She called me the next day to check on me.
