Dr. Garg is the Medical Director and founder of Care Cardiology Associates, LLC.
She graduated from Medical School from University College of Medical Sciences, in Delhi, India in 1992. She completed her post graduate training - her Internship and Residency training in Internal Medicine at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx , NY .
Dr. Garg has had a long standing interest in the epidemic of cardiac and vascular diseases. She completed a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the Montefiore Medical Center/Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, in 2004. She also did additional advanced training in Interventional Cardiology.
She has been practicing in New Jersey since 2005. After honing her skills with a local cardiology practice, Dr. Garg sought to establish a practice that brings her philosophy of high quality care combining it with primary care in a highly caring environment.
She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Nuclear Cardiology and Adult Echocardiography.
Dr. Garg has a special interest in the manifestations of heart disease in women. She has lectured regularly publically at the wellness center and to the medical residents in this specialty.
Care Cardiology utilizes an advanced Electronic Medical Records system. This allows us to provide the most comprehensive medical services to our patients and also be able to communicate with different physicians very effectively.
