I was in search for a new general physician I was hesitant to visit the clinic since it's slightly out of the way but the staff was professional and helpful. I felt they had my best interest in mind I will be returning. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Jaiswal, and she was easy to talk to.

Did not to not give any meds. said I needed to get off meds. Mind you my meds were for high blood pressure and cholesterol . Advised me to see a therapist. It was my first visit and last. Not a good bedside manner. What happened to Doctors that listened to what we needed. Doctors perceive to know what is wrong before they hear our health issues.

The doctor spoke to me like I was a two year old who didn't know or understand what she was talking about. I'm 52.I was in the lab giving blood and the lab tech violated hippa by allowing the delivery guy to stand and watch and hold a conversation with us while she was drawing blood. This was my second visit which I said I wasn't going back after the first visit. MY mistake.

My visit to Dr. Jaiswal was so pleasant! She took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns, made sure to ask lots of questions and ran tests to rule out as much as possible. Everyone on staff was courteous and friendly.

I think I was treated well, however, I have STILL not gotten any test results back from the two tests I was submitted to. I have tried to call the office, and left a message, and never heard anything back. This is not the first time I have had to go looking for test results. My wife has also had this problem numerous times. I think if this happens again, I will find another doctor. This is very unprofessional.

Really enjoyed my appointment with Dr Jaiswal! She was very kind and understanding, and spent a long time with me. She had great ideas about how to tweak my prescriptions to help me better manage my conditions and had great recommendations about how to handle work related stress. Her medical assistant was great and the lab got my blood on the first try. There was a small but confusing issue with the front desk about how much I owed for my visit based on my insurance copays, but it was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I'm sure this is an issue anytime you come to a new practice or change insurance. I'll definitely be back!
