I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Singh. Besides being an amazing doctor, she was patient, caring and thorough in her examination and medical treatment. She gave me a referral to Dr. Kim, a physical therapist, whom also proved to be amazing, especially since I am still recovering from Covid-19 complications. I would recommend you to see her if your looking for a "top ten" primary doctor.

Front desk and all other assistants were very nice. However office location is complicated to find and parking is down a hill from the office just a odd location for office. Office was a lil dated and dingy but service was good so I’m Not all that dissatisfied.

the after care is HORRIBLE.
I went in for my annual medical exam more than a month back and I am still awaiting a copy of my results.
Every time I call the office I am told that my results will be emailed by a younger nurse or the doctor but I am still awaiting my results.
I understand that the office might be busy but whatever happened to customer service and establishing loyal patients?!
We aren't living in the 19the century anymore where someone cannot send an email. It only takes a second of your time.
I am appalled by their service!
If you care about your numbers never go here.
The doctor was kind and friendly but I feel sorry for the service.

This was my first time visiting this office . The Secretary at the front desk was very pleasant and help full. The Medical assistant was very friendly and made this transition very easy and to top it off Dr Singh was great !! She listened to my concerns gave me useful advice all while completing my physical. I loved it ! THANKS

My overall experience was great! The office is small and tucked away (would not have found it if not for the kind gentleman at the front desk of the plaza building). The nurses/receptionist is extremely helpful and Dr. Singh is a breeze to talk too. She gets to know you as a patient while clearly explaining what's going to take place. Definitely would recommend!

It was my first patient visit and I had to wait about 30 mins but I assume it was due to the staff I putting my information and insurance. Dr. Singh listened and answered my questions clearly and explained herself very well. She is very knowledgeable and I felt pretty comfortable for it being my first visit with her.

I had a 4:30 appointment from Zoc Doc and the office called me about 2 hrs prior to appointment to come in earlier at 4pm. I arrived at about 4:20pm due to traffic going after work. I felt completely rushed during the appointment and the doctor brushed off a lot of my comments and concerns. As a new patient and a 1st time visit when I am trying to establish her as my primary care physician it was disappointing. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks I am hoping she is more accommodating and can offer a little more of her time. I was hoping to meet the Dr. Singh who had great reviews on Zoc Doc - didn’t see that at all.
I tried to creat a rapport with her and she was speeding through questions and comments.

There seemed to be some kind of tension between the office staff which came off very unprofessional. The office manager was rude and just didn’t have a pleasant attitude overall.
