She already has me in therapy and we have scheduled the injections in two weeks.
My only issue is there are no facilities in the Katy area.

The doctor is always great, listens, follows up with the progress or lack there of regarding my plan of care, she’s very efficient and tries to promptly resolve issues impacting the patient’s care that she’s been made aware of. Also, I witness that she does her best to provide a resolution or a temporary alternative plan when the insurance company is determined to deny every common medicine, therapy or otherwise. I realize that as human beings and health care professionals, we cannot always control the situation but we can control our response to the situation and that is pretty powerful. Thank you Dr. Goel.

She completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine/UT PM&R Alliance after which she focused on an interventional spine and chronic pain management fellowship at Northwestern University/Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. The bedside manners of this clinic is not very polite,nor professional
U never know who u r seeing as a patient
As a professional myself in the field of medicine I wouldn't waste my life here. I have been a patient of Sarah Goel for about 3 months and she is a very nice person but the office staff really make her look bad.
For that reason alone I wouldn't waste my time.Today I called to confirmed my appointment and u know cell phones,as well as land line has dates and time stamp
Why lie? I have a dead battery inside my hip,I was told to call my PM r contact the surgeon who did my surgery..I do not play with life and I am not about to allow unprofessional behavior of mankind to play with my life either. For as a recommendation I wouldn't chance my my enemy here.

Dr. Goel was okay. She definitely attended to my needs at the time although I felt it was very rushed compared to how long I had to wait to even see her. I would NOT recommend this office, however, as the office staff is completely unprofessional and manipulated me into paying full cost of service out of pocket even though they are contractually obligated to bill my insurance first. It’s been over two weeks since my appointment and they have YET to file a claim with my insurance and have been ignoring my calls. They have even picked up and immediately hung up at one point.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Goel. She took her time explaining things. The wait in the waiting room was a little long, but once I saw the doctor it made that wait more bearable.

Dr Goel is an amazing pain management doctor. As a professional dancer, I need to make sure that the physicians I work with for my rehab are amazing. Her sense of getting to the root of the issues and confirming diagnoses is so refreshing in a world full of doctors trying to push people in and out of the clinic as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dr Goel - thank you for taking such good care of me.

After reading all the outstanding reviews of this doctor, I am in shock how disappointing the visit was. The staff was unfriendly; after filling out the new patient information and then finally being placed in an exam room, an assistant walked in three or four times to ask me questions which I had already answered on the new patient form. After waiting one hour and 15 minutes, I was about to leave without being seen. I finally saw the doctor. I was surprised how shabbily dressed she was–holes in her scrubs, old tennis shoes. At first I thought she was a staff member until she introduced herself as Dr. Goel. She then brings up my chart on the computer. She asked me the series questions which I had already answered on the new patient forms and by the assistant.
I was told as I checked out, I was told that my prescriptions would be electronically sent to my pharmacy. Three hours later, my pharmacy had still not received the Rx.
This is not a clinic I would recommend. Either the other reviews were paid for or I am simply an outlier.

Dr. Goel and her staff are unbelievable. She spent more time with me than most doctors ever would and truly cared about me as a human being. I can’t say enough about her! (P.s. they have a massage chair while you wait for a nurse! Crazy!)
