This was my first chiropractic visit, and while Dr. Sara herself was pleasant, the owner of the place dropped in for a visit and was very energetic about hawking her other health services at me. What does dental have to do with chiropractic? The hours are great and newly renovated office looked very nice, but the overall experience was somewhat impersonal. I spent the majority of the time alone in a room attached to one machine or another. Even when the machine "beeped" completion, no one came to let me know what to do next. If extended hours are paramount, I would not dissuade you from choosing this clinic. However, the "high-volume" feel didn't really work for me. Think fast food versus a quiet night with Ken Rathbun. It'll fill you up, but you won't feel fulfilled.

Overall, I would say the people were friendly. However, it seems as if you are referred by a lawyer you get more personal attention. I was not so my situation with my back pain didnt seem to me to be very urgent. I felt after several visits unsure of what the plan was for me. Also, I felt like the charges submitted to my insurance company were built up to accomodate what they wanted to charge me personally. No x-rays, no adjustment. Disappointed.
