Sarah is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Sarah's main focus is working with the patient in a collaborative manner to help meet their health care goals. Sarah would love to help assist you with your general wellness exam, thyroid problems, depression/anxiety, birth control options, managing your cholesterol or blood pressure, and anything else you may need. She looks forward to taking care of you and your family and is happy to be part of your health care plan.
She is originally from Ohio where she graduated nursing school from the University of Toledo with honors. She then worked for the Cleveland Clinic for several years. Following this, she traveled the United States as a traveling nurse before landing in Denver to finish her schooling as a nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her Master's of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is excited to be part of Green Mountain Partners for Health where she will be assisting with the Colorado Weight Care weight loss program with Dr. Francavilla. Sarah specializes in family health care and also assists in women's health.
Sarah does not prescribe chronic pain medication.
We require 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments. If you miss your first appointment, or cancel short notice, you will not be rescheduled.

Sarah was extremely personable, as well as professional. I was very comfortable talking to her. I could tell she actually cares about my health & well-being. I was given options for what medication I needed to take, as well as a detailed explanation for each option & what she recommended based on my medical history. Sarah totally impressed me. More medical professionals should be like Sarah.
