My appointment lasted a total of 5 minutes, 3 of those minutes she spent in the hallway talking to somebody else.
Dr. Seo came in initially and introduced herself, asked me about my concerns, and began examining my inner ear. A minute into examining my ear, a man opened the room door and stuck his head in. She excused herself into the hallway and stayed out there for several minutes. Upon returning to the room, she asked if I had ever had surgery done on my ear. I told her I had not. She immediately seemed to stop caring about the appointment. She suggested that my inner ear pain was caused by a cold. I told her that the pain started well before I had a cold and has lasted for a while now. She didn't say much in response and told me my appointment was over, then walked out of the room. It was a complete waste of time. She answered none of my questions and showed no respect to me.

The office staff are very efficient, and they smile when they make eye contact. Instructions are given in a pleasant and clear manner. Dr. Seo was professional, efficient, and attentive. She listened to what I was saying. She explained exactly what she was going to do and what effect it would have on me. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
