A pleasant experience that was pretty quick but very thorough.
The whole experience was amazing and I talked about it all day also posting about it on my IG page, plus everyone wanted to know where I got my awesome frames!
My first time going to Karoo and I had a great experience with Dr Sullivan. I was sitted with the Dr. Sullivan within 5 minutes. She asked questions and listened to my concerns. I was in and out of the office within 60 mins and that included picking a new eye glass frames. The front desk attendant was kind and welcoming as well. Christiana spent time helping me find the right pair of glasses. I had an awesome experience.
Highly impressed! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the contacts. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing glasses, contacts, or an excellent eye doctor.
The staff was very welcoming and engaging. Dr. Sullivan was patient and extremely thorough. I felt like she dedicated the right amount of time to me and my concerns. She even explained what the retina scan did, and what the resulting pictures meant. Overall, a great experience.
Love the office...love the staff..great service..will be going back..
I didn't get to see Dr Sullivan. I feel like I got a raw deal. I don't remember who I saw but it wasn't Sullivan
Great visit, but was delayed over 30 minutes because the doctor could not find parking. This is not the doctor's fault of course, and I find it terrible that the parking situation at Ponce City Market does not allow people to get to work on time. Something should be changed about that.
