I have been trying to get in touch with Karoo for weeks. I emailed them asking for my prescription. I called numerous times. Once I got in touch with someone two days ago, they said they would "email me my prescription within minutes". Nothing has arrived and I'm stuck being unable to order new glasses. Very disappointed with the experience and the professionalism here.

Staff was friendly and practicing covid safety guidelines well.
Dr was friendly and good with explaining info and next steps . Tech/Admin person was pulled many different ways but was hospitable the entire time while answering calls, assisting with my eye glass measurements, completing my payment and unlocking the door for new patients.I am not happy that my UNUM Vision insurance was not accepted nor is Care Credit accepted.

Dr. Sullivan is located in Karoo Glasses Store and I've never had a more complex or unhelpful experience getting contacts and a prescription. I've had to come into the store three times and still do not have a prescription and am being denied more sample contacts even though I am completely out of contacts. Would not recommend to anyone.

Was seen right away after filling out paper work. Appropriate precautions related to COVID-19 were being implemented in the office. All the staff was super kind and helpful. Exam was excellent and Dr. Sullivan provided a lot of information on what was going on with my situation. Highly recommended.

The team was helpful and efficient. The eye exam was quick and painless - the prescribed vision needs was accurate. There was a small issue with the interface for my healthcare coverage - there was no place to write in the user ID, only the group number, which confused the reception initially but was resolved nonetheless.
Dr. Sullivan was polite, inviting, and was interesting in small conversation.
Would definitely go back to see her and the team.
