Sarah began her career in community mental health services in 2013; and has practiced as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2016. Sarah received her B.A. in Psychology from U.C. Berkeley and received her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Sarah has extensive experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, couples, and children. She is trained in evidenced based practices and utilizes an eclectic approach tailored to each clients' individual needs and goals. Sarah incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion's Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness in her practice. Sarah supports her clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, as well as learning to cope more effectively with everyday challenges.
