Admittedly, my insurance hasn't kicked in yet, which I will take the blame for.
The reason I'm giving this provider a 1 star review is because they don't accept cash/debit/credit?
What kind of business doesn't accept the US Dollar? Absurd.

My provider was great and answered all of my questions patiently. Unfortunately the office really left something to be desired. The room was the size of a small bathroom and didn’t seem clean at all. The equipment all seemed old and outdated. Some of the other staff seemed to be very new and unsure of what they were doing. I would see this provider again if she was in a different office.

I would not recommend this doctor. She never gave me the results of my blood work; because she wanted me to make another appointment just to get the results .(so she can bill my insurance again). God forbid something was wrong; I will never know. I even asked for the blood work to be sent to another doctors office and the secretary stated "they don't do that". I had to go to another doctor to complete another yearly Physical exam just to make sure everything is fine.

Wow! I have been searching for a PCP since the beginning of the pandemic. I was really surprised at every moment of the visit. There was no crowded waiting area,PCP was in place, the data entry document was simple, the young lady that "triaged" me (Sorry, I forgot your name) made it super comfortable. The Dr. was pleasant, patient, informative but not pushy. I am awaiting my bloodwork results. My follow-up appt. is booked. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Amazing experience with the nurse practitioner! I went in for a physical. She was so sweet, thorough, and took her time. I did not feel rushed at all! I will be going back to her again.
