Sarita H. Prajapati, MD, is a member of Victory Medical’s family medicine and urgent care practices in Westlake, Texas.
Dr. Prajapati became a family physician because she believes families should be cared for as units, rather than sending each member to a different provider. Caring for and educating patients is paramount to her, as she believes this empowers them to take an active role in their own healthcare.
She is licensed in both Texas and Arkansas, and she is also a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. In 2001, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She then completed her residency in Family Practice at Saint Louis University Belleville Family Practice Program. She also went on to earn a Master in Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Public Health.
As a key member of the Victory Medical team, Dr. Prajapati enjoys serving the families of her community and working collaboratively with other members of the practice to offer the highest quality of care.
