She was great! She took time to really talk with me. She didn't rush the visit. She took the time to get a thorough history and make a plan for me. The office staff was great as well. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

Dr. K saw me right away and spent an incredible amount of time with me explaining all of the possible procedures, tests, etc. She seems very data driven as well, as she wanted to review previous tests and wanted to compare with some updated ones as well. I was very impressed. The office was clean. The staff was very sweet. I am so happy I found them and am so hopeful that they are the answer to my infertility!

As a member of the health care profession, her bedside manner is impeccable. She was prompt in personally calling me back with my results as soon as they came in. Dr. Satu is thorough and very passionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The office is clean and the decor is refreshing. The doctor and her team of physicians will answer all of your questions and you never feel rushed.

Doctor & staff were all very professional and upbeat. Facilities appeared immaculate and modern. Many fertility clinics are described as mills; this place feels like the opposite. The doctor took her time with me and I was the only patient there for much of the time. Doctor and staff listened and addressed my concerns. They all came across as very knowledgeable & experienced. Very pleased so far.

After Dr. Kuokkanen completely the exam, I was basically thrown to the curb as I probably wasn't a good candidate for receive treatment. I was to stand in the nurses work area for the dr to wrap things up with me vs the 15 min interview I had in her office. No explanation on the results or procedures of the exam she just performed or what all the foreign terms and numbers mean to me. i wasn't asked if I had any questions which I had plenty or whether I would make another appt?! The nurse felt she needed to comfort me by explaining to me what the terms were and what they affect me. During this time, the doctor threw on her coat and was ready to go to lunch. Absolutely turned off and shocked and I knew I wouldnt be back. Days later calling for my blood results I was put on hold for 10 min after giving my name. Then I transferred to a line that rang for 6 min for a total of 16min when I finally gave up and hung up. I would never recommend them or continue with them.

Very pleasant visit. It doesn't feel like you are at the doctors office at more like office atmosphere. Extremely nice and polite stuff they made me feel comfortable. Doctor does take her time to explain everything thoroughly, she even draw picture so that I could understand better. I did not feel rushed at all.

Dr. K was very proffessional but yet warm and kind. She listened carefully, try to suggest the plan that I was comfortable with. I have been treated at other clinic with male doctor for five years, so I know very well what we, as a pacient, feel nervous every steps in the process. But I feel confident with her now to go forward. She has an excellent bedside manner. My ovarian exam was not painfull at all. Very nice staffs and very clean & new office / clinic. Highly recommended.
