This was my first visit with this doctor. She was very kind and professional. I did feel somewhat rushed though. She sent my med refills right away and asked me to come back in 3 weeks for a follow up which is standard. I will be going back again to see her, hoping I won't feel as rushed as i did this first visit

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. When I brought up concerning symptoms and asked for a referral to a hematologist, I was dismissed and labeled a hypochondriac. I felt completely gaslit and unheard. There was no compassion or willingness to take my concerns seriously. I will never be returning.

this doctor basically gaslighted me and made me feel as if i was crazy and downplayed my symptoms and tried to blame it all on my anxiety,i went in there for vertigo dizziness and lightheadedness and she prescribed me a anxiety medication that did nothing but make the dizziness WORSE,and prescribed me a nasal spray that didnt help the issue whatsoever,tried to also blame my problems on "congestion" when im not congested at all,this doctor wont listen to you or actually try to solve your problem shes just gonna say anything to get the appointment over with,i will never trust her again

I had to get a new Dr so I decided to try here, my bad for not checking reviews first. Got 3 months of meds filled (antidepressants) and then was seen 1 month later for follow up. Requested my meds online last week they were denied a week later. Called Monday and they said they'd be filled that day. Called again Tuesday when they weren't and was told it was denied. Spoke with Cathy and she stated that the Dr would fill me 1 month worth and that I'd need to be seen in 1 month for my 3 month. I made the appointment. Called again to make sure it was done because and Cathy got on the phone saying that she told me I'd need to do a walk in before they'd get filled...which was a total lie and I didn't have an appointment for a month so i wasnt getting my meds until next month. Do not go to this Dr if you need reliable medication refills. I have panic disorder and they sent me into a full blown panic attack for no reason over meds that I have been taking for 6 years without any complication.

She didn't listen to my concerns of myself. I told her many symptoms I'm having and she said to do blood tests but if they are normal then it's fine. I asked for referrals to specialists and she kept going back to the blood tests. Never again!

This office is bloody brilliant. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and saw to all my needs. The doctor actively listened to me and any of my concerns. I saw that she had made notes of everything we discussed. Quite a rarity. She has a pleasant, comforting, and great bedside manner and seems genuinely concerned for her patients. Nurses drew blood painlessly and had some witty fun banter. AAA+++ recommend

This doctor wouldn't listen to me. I tried to describe my symptoms, and she wouldn't order the right tests. 2 months later and I know have a much worsened Graves disease diagnosis. I wish she would have listened when I described my symptoms of hyperthyroidism. The test results actually did show subclinical hyperthyroidism, and she didn't say anything about it. She was very dismissive and seemed to just want to see me quickly and be done with it. It's doctors like her that are causing so many chronic illnesses to get worse.
