Dr. Heintzelman was nice, polite, and thorough. Wish she and the assistant would have gotten down to my daughter's level a little as far as explaining to her what they were doing, and simplifying the eye exam, but maybe I'm just being picky. Was overall a good experience and I will see her again:)

Dr was really great, front desk a little catty.
I was stuck at a bridge lift, called to say I would be late, and was on hold for five minutes. When I arrived, they said they probably wouldn't be able to see me because I was late (and gave me attitude). Five minutes later, they called me up to the front desk to let me know they were 30-45 minutes behind. I also was rubbed the wrong way by the salesperson in the glasses area. She didn't want to help me figure out what my benefits would cover and when she finally agreed to help and made a phone call, she loudly shouted across the room "you have no coverage!" AND asked me to put the glasses I had selected back for her.

I had not had an eye check up for quite a while and Dr. Heintzelman made everything very comfortable. She has a soothing demeanor that complements her evident knowledge of the profession.
