I am very glad that Dr. Feudo is my primary care physician. He has taken very good care of me over the years. HOWEVER -- You need to do something about the way the office is run. You call and the phone rings and rings -when picked up, it does NOT connect with the "extension" for a LONG time - When it does get through, hold music comes on and NO ONE EVER PICKS UP! Last hold time for me was 8:53 minutes. Then I hung up -- and used the on-line scheduling -- which is okay for me --- BUT WHAT ABOUT PATIENTS THAT DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER OR CAN'T SEE TO USE A COMPUTER? This is such a disservice. Then, when I was at the office for my appointment, I was being checked in I see one gal speaking with a patient, another on the phone setting up an appointment another playing with her phone, etc. Meanwhile the phone was ringing off the hook. This is not the first time I have brought this up. You need to revamp your office system. I do not encounter this with any of my other UH doctors' offices. The doctor and his assistants/nurses are wonderful - once you get past the inept front desk. If I want to communicate with the doctor outside of an office visit, I need to send an email the DAY BEFORE and ask him to call. Were it not for Dr. Feudo, I would NOT be coming to this practice. All doctors deserve a quality, efficient staff. UH needs to clean house in this office.
Dr. Feudo is a perennial top doc in Cleveland and he excels in diagnosis by close attention to patients description of symptoms and a strong technical knowledge of science. It doesn't get any better.

Thorough, pleasant, efficient, professional.
My visit was excellent. Dr. Feudo is the best. He always apologizes if he is running late. He takes time to go over all of my questions. My husband & I hope he never retires. It is not easy to find a good doctor. In my eyes he is one of the best.
