I work with children, adolescents, and adults to enable them to live their lives to their fullest. The mind and body are two parts of a whole, and what affects one will affect the other. Good nutrition, exercise, getting rest and recreation, and avoiding harmful habits form a foundation on which to build good health. I often hear complaints that physicians have become "pill pushers". While I believe that medication is an important component of treatment, it is only one building block in whole person care. I am also involved with clinical research, have lectured at medical conferences, and have extensive experience in the are of sleep medicine.
