It took no time at all for the kid's to be seen for back-to-school wellness visits. We just moved, so this was our first time to the office. They have a whole separate section for sick kids vs well so that you don't worry about catching anything while you wait to be seen. The paperwork was a BREEZE. They don't have you fill out pages and pages medical history, ad nauseam because the doctor prefers to ask those questions and take his own notes. The staff was friendly, the office decor was fun. Dr. Kipp was great. He had the kids comfortable with him almost immediately. It was a great visit.

Laila and Dr. Kipp were very friendly and opening. He explained his practice clearly and was experienced with prenatal consults; answering questions before I could ask them! I am very happy that I was able to see Dr. Kipp and am excited to maintain a relationship with this practice.

Dr. Kipp was very professional. My husband and I are first time parents and this was our newborns first consultation. Office was very clean, staff was friendly, no wait time, not a lot of forms to fill out. I love that they had two different entrances and waiting rooms as well. One for sick kids and one for routine or "well" visits. That made me happy and know that there wasn't going to be coughing or sneezing around my 5 day old baby. Dr kipp was very informative on what is normal and not normal for her age and what to look for if she was to get sick. I'm glad I found this practice and no matter where I move I'll make sure to keep him as our pediatrician.

Very professional and he has a great, caring staff! Within hours of booking the appointment for my toddler I had his nurse call me with concerns about my sons condition and after a few questions and a quick consultation with Dr. Kipp, they recommended we go to the children's ER and Phoenix Children's and then follow up with them the day after. I was really impressed with the care and concern for our little guy and the bedside manner of Dr. Kipp and his explanations were fantastic! Highly recommended!

Concerning as he seemed excellent and efficient but two days after he said she had a cold, both ears were infected and mass dried wax that did not produce over two days. No good doctors in this state.
