This was a teleconference via Facetime and it was still thorough while convenient. Dr. Moore was every bit as attentive as in a face-to-face consult.

I was very impressed with Dr. Moore during this first visit. I didn't feel like he was rushing through our appointment, as many doctors do. He took me seriously and explained the recommended course of action. My only complaint was with redundant paperwork at his office--I'd filled everything out online, in advance of my appointment, and was asked to fill out all the same forms a second time. Annoying, but all in all a minor complaint.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for almost two years. Today's, as well as all previous visits, have been excellent. The front office staff is friendly, the nurse is thorough and Dr. Moore is awesome. He will not rush you and takes time to listen to your concerns and develops a plan of action to care for you in the best way possible. So glad to have found him!

Scott Moore MD takes the time to listen to patients, asks every question necessary to do his job, and performs tests very thoroughly. His office staff is very courteous and compassionate. Very easy check-in process, especially for a new patient. Only had to wait 5 minutes.

Overall, I was pleased with my first visit to the Heart Clinic of San Antonio. Although my first impression was negative. I arrived approximately 10 minutes before my appointment. The receptionist gave me forms to fill out. I informed her that I downloaded all forms from their website, filled them out, and faxed them to their office 3-4 days prior to my appointment. I then handed her the original for their records. She looked at the forms I handed her, and informed me that there were two additional forms that needed to be filled out and handed them to me. I filled them and when I returned them, I informed her that one of the two forms she gave me had already been filled out and it was with the forms I handed her when I arrived. She said, yes, that I had filled the form out, but had not signed it. My first reaction was, "so why the h'll did you just not ask me to sign it??? Instead she had me fill out the form again. I said nothing and went back and sat down, but that's probably why my BP was high when you took it. I took my BP at home before leaving for the appointment and it was not that high. Not even close. People at your reception area are the face of your practice. First impressions are VERY important in any business. Your front office needs to be personable, competent, friendly, and have common sense. HOWEVER, once I was taken back to the examining room, it was quite a different story. I intake nurse that went over related items and took my vitals was FANTASTIC! Dr. Moore was great and immediately made plans to address concerns that I had. I was very pleased!

Everyone in the office is very polite and professional. Dr. Moore was very personable and interested in me as a patient. He was very approachable and easy to visit with. I have confidence in him as a caregiver as well as a doctor.

A bad experience with the office. They couldn't help me to find the right way to go. I finally went into a front door. I was on the other end from where they were. A very nice nurse walked me all the way over apologizing for their actions or non-actions. They were rude to me and seems to have blamed me for their mess up. I had drove from Dallas, Tx to make this appt and made it with 10 minutes go. They made me late. A nightmare indeed!

The visit was great; the office is clean, very patient friendly. They were helpful, respectful and kind. Dr. Moore was terrific, he listened to my history, asked me questions and told me the treatment plan he recommended. His bedside manner was top notch, his compassion & the care he demonstrated was refreshing. I was very impressed with the practice! I will definitely recommend them!

Excellent as always!
Verified patient
Dr. Moore exceeded my expectations. It was close to lunch hour by the time I was brought in so I thought that the visit was going to be less than 7 minutes so that the Dr.can go eat. I was very wrong. Not only was the visit more than 7 minutes, but he was very thorough. The Dr. made sure he understood what I was going through and in turn, he wanted to be sure I understood everything he was saying. I was very happy and feel very confident about my prognosis. Oh,by the way, I received a follow up call from the Dr's. assistant the next day.
Listened companionate understanding
