So many struggles in life seem to stem from our attempts to adapt to certain and difficult circumstances. I believe that through a close personal relationship with a skilled professional, who is sensitive to and understands human challenges, better ways of being and relating can be developed. I am dedicated to collaborating closely with my patients to maximize the potential of our relationship to transform their lives.
In addition to helping people grow in the context of psychotherapy, I also teach graduate students in psychology to become skilled professional helpers. I believe that teaching what I do and doing what I teach ensures that my skills are as sharp as possible!
