Didnt even send my prescription and he acted like my condition was nothing ..garbage don't go
Good first visit. Will have a follow up in three months and see how it goes.
Very professional. Explained situation very well. Expedited additional diagnostics and treatement.
This office staff is great and the Doctor has incredible bedside manner.
I DIDN`T CARE FOR THE LONG WAIT.!!!
Dr. Scott Anderson is the absolute best. He's kind, funny and truly cares about his patients.
This was a great experience for me. First time seeing Dr. Anderson. I was able to get the appointment through Zocdoc the next day. My appt was for 3:00pm, I got there ten minutes early to do my paperwork and was called back about 3:15 and only had to wait maybe ten minutes total for the Doctor. He has outstanding bedside manner and made me feel extremely comfortable. The entire office staff was very focused on the patients. I would highly recommend them
He is a very thorough, caring physician
I was comfortable during the procedure, hopefully I will get the desired results!!
Friendly staff, short wait time and excellent treatment by physician...
Dr Anderson assisted in recovering 95% of hearing loss in my right ear after a diving accident caused 100% loss of hearing. His expertise and knowledge was well received. He was able to quickly diagnose the potential issues. I appreciated his sensitivity to my aliment. After a local steroid injection and oral steroid prescription, my hearing was significantly restored by the next visit 3 weeks later. I highly recommend Dr Anderson.
This was my second visit to see Dr. Anderson and I find him to be professional, courteous, friendly and very informative as to what is happening with my health.
I like the doctor and have chosen him as my new ENT having only been in the area for 3 months.
The staff was friendly and professional, as was Dr. Anderson. He was very competent and took the time to listen and explain, and to resolve my husband's problem.
Dr. Anderson diagnosed the problem and came up with a treatment plan. His staff was wonderful in working with my insurance company. They are all professional and friendly.
Dr. Anderson was wonderful. My surgery went great. He's very professional and kind. Very glad he became my ENT. The office staff and assistants are equally as kind as the Doctor.
Explained my situation very well and what coarse of action should be taken and we proceeded to that action right away.
Dr. Anderson has a good bedside manner and answered all my questions. He is also easy to understand when he speaks. Next time for the waiting room, I'll bring my knitting to keep me busy while I wait.
He was very good very pleased with how he seemed to take his time with me and he was very nice to my wife and I has very good patient skills thanks again
Dr. Anderson is very informative.
Dr. Anderson has helped both of my children with ENT surgeries. He is very efficient and was great with my boys. His beside manner led them to feel comfortable enough to talk sports with him. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson!
He was absolutely awesome. He came highly recommended and I would highly recommend him. Maureen in his office is the best ever!! She went way above and beyond.
Very professional and kind. Was not a long wait. He made me feel comfortable. Very happy with my experience.
It wasn't great! Always makes me feel comfortable and explains everything very well!!
Appointment was quick and easy , in and out in 30 mins !
He was very curt, I never got to tell him other problems I am having because of his poor inter-action with me.
He is the guy to see.
He is very professional and at the same time you feel very comfortable with him.
Dr. Anderson diagnosed a problem with my daughter's ears that her Primary Care Physician overlooked which caused her serious pain for several days. Within minutes of talking to him and his first look in her ears he knew the problem, started the treatment and completely alleviated her pain. I couldn't have been happier. Dr. Anderson is our family ENT now...so grateful
The office staff is very welcoming, waiting room very clean with interesting framed pictures. Easy to reach location. My wife and I think Dr. Anderson has a great sense of humor. Dr. Anderson explains everything so I understand, and listens to what I have to say. Dr. Anderson is a Five Star. Melvin
I thought he was a really cool guy, very professional and caring.
Liked the professionalism and frankness of Dr. Anderson. Impressed with his bedside manner. Happy that I was referred to him.
Listens to everything, very knowledgeable. I Have had the same issue for 3 years, quick surgery schedule about two weeks after being seen, and IM FIXED! Im forever grateful.
Straight forward and to the point.
Very thorough and takes his time explaining diagnosis and very professional.
Liked Dr Anderson. Course I've been on the desperate edge of sanity for the last year with my hearing and think there was no excuse for how long I suffered! Dr Anderson was immediate and aggressive with treatment. I'm already feeling much relief the day after tubes in my ears! I believe office staff should receive more training in how to deal with the hearing impaired.
Very thorough, cut right to the chase, even though I thought I was seeing him for polyps in my sinuses he immediately diagnosed sleep apnea. My wife has said that I stop breathing when I sleep. I am very happy and impressed.
Not as comfortable as Dr I have used in the past. Got the job done but with a little bleeding.
Dr. Anderson checked my ears, nose and throat, diagnosed my ear problem immediatly, gave me the remedy to take care of my problem and I was on my way home. And an additional big plus is that the office has pleanty of patient seating, it's clean and his staff is friendly and efficient (my wait time was less than 5 minutes, now THAT'S efficiency!).
Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor. He has been treating me for more than five years. He has performed sinus and thyroid surgeries on me and was very thorough. Today there was a delay in my appointment because there was a special needs patient that required more time.
Would recommend Dr. Anderson to friends and family. Felt very confident with him.
I was very impressed by the visit. I was taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Anderson was very professional in the treatment and I was very happy when I left. I would recommend him to all my friends.
Very pleased with Dr. Anderson. He explains everything, is patient, and also prefers to go the least invasive route possible, which I appreciate.
Dr. Scott Anderson is simply the best ear, nose, and throat doctor in the Tampa Bay area! You may say he saved my life, to be honest with you. For years I had been dealing with a very deviated septum that was causing me serious breathing problems as well as sleep apnea. Dr. Anderson recently performed surgery on me to address these problems. He performed surgery to repair the septum and also did a Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty or UPPP. Beforehand, he explained very thoroughly about the procedures and explained they would be quite painful for the first week or more. The surgery was a complete success and I couldn't be happier! This is the first time I have been able to properly breath correctly and finally sleep through an entire night uninterrupted! I feel 110% better already! I can't believe the difference. And while the procedures were indeed painful, Dr. Anderson had me more than ready to deal with it head-on. Dr. Anderson was great. He is a very nice, humorous, gentle doctor with a great disposition. I was in excellent hands throughout this difficult process. Also, Dr. Anderson's office staff is first rate. Very friendly and always there to answer any questions you may have. I've noticed some patients complain about the office wait times. But give me a break! Dr. Anderson has a very successful, thriving practice and this shows me that he knows what he is doing since he has so many patients. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Scott Anderson. If you have any type of ENT type problem, he is the man in Tampa to see. I give him and his staff my HIGHEST recommendation!
Dr Anderson has an excellent bedside manner. He is knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and explains things in an understandable way. He shows compassion and makes you feel comfortable and safe in his care.
Very good experience. He is very thorough and compassionate.
I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and outcome. The staff was courteous and my wait minimal. The Audiologist was kind and professional. He performed physical maneuvers that apparently dislodged crystals within the ear, relocating them away from a nerve. This procedure hopefully resolved my vertigo. Three days after my visit, I have not had another episode. Dr. Anderson, the otologist, had an excellent bedside manner, explaining the process well, including the severity of the issue, likelihood of a relapse and alternative modalities, if needed.
Dr. Anderson has taken the time to explain my condition and all the medical options to treat it. I've had nothing but good experiences with him and the entire staff at this office after 3 visits so far.
Scott Anderson is terrific! He's interactive with the patient, sincerely interested and creates an enjoyable heath environment. I've recommended him a number of times.
Did a wonderful job promptly and after determining my symptoms were not what I thought informed me of which other type of Dr. I may need to see. Wonderful service.
When I first visited Dr Anderson I was impatient for a quick diagnosis and solution for my hearing loss and clogged sinuses. His laid back manner made me even more impatient and annoyed. However, I soon realized he was being very cautious and conservative, approaching my health issues from all different angles. Bingo! He finally hit on the proper solution, performed successful surgery on my sinuses (totally painless procedure), and I am on the mend. Very professional and personable physician!! Frederick B.
Wait was less than 2 minutes, exam was fast, and a follow up in the next two weeks with a hearing test, and final talk with the doctor, should supply the results. Thanks
Great staff and doctors!!!
After a few office visits, some study and CAT scan, Dr. Anderson educated me with a great detail about my nose and throat problems and came up with an excellent treatment plan. I truly believe that my health will be greatly improved after the the treatment.
He is a very nice person ,didn't make me nervous at all.
Dr Anderson is friendly and knowledgeable. He communicates well and relays information in an understandable manner.
Caring Doctor. Makes you feel at ease. Explains procedure during every step.
One of the best specialist I've ever seen. He was very kind and gave me all of the information that I needed and answered any additional questions that I had. I would definitely go back to him if need be.
Very personable. Listened and recorded my medical history and listened to my concerns. I am sending my husband to him too. The staff were all friendly and engaging
Dr. Anderson was very polite, thorough, and efficient! Although the wait was a little long, he was very apologetic, and I never felt rushed. If only every physician had his bedside manner!
Dr. Anderson was very good found the problem with my ears right away. This has plagued me for over a year and now it's gone thank you dr. Anderson.
very professional, answered my questions & concerns.
A wonderful experience, I enjoyed the visit and the procedure was performed with my comfort in mind.
Dr Anderson was great. He was very helpful, listened to my issues and was able to diagnosis the problem. I would recommend him highly.
He was very personable, efficient and thorough. He also had a good sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable.
we believe he found my problem
My appointment was for my daughter who is a teen. I really like the way Dr. Anderson made her feel comfortable and very interatcive with her. Great attitude and very friendly .
I was there on time and seen right away. Dr. Anderson is attentive and empathetic, and his staff is efficient and pleasant.
VERY LITTLE INTEREST IN MY OVERALL CONDITION. I HAD TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I THOUGHT MY PROBLEM MIGHT BE. I LEFT THE OFFICE NOT REALLY KNOWING ANY MORE THAN WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE OFFICE. WOULD NEVER RETURN.
Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor. I have been very satisfied with him as my ENT and I highly recommend him.
I am sure Dr Anderson is very good in his field, BUT I do have to say, I also work in the medical field. I received my paperwork via email prior to my appt. Which I completely filled out, I included a CD of my CT scan with a Radiology report and Lab work which was done in relation to my problem. My check in was cold, staff impression was disinterested. I WAS 20 minutes early for my appt, AS THE PAPERWORK stated was requested, or I might face rescheduling. When I checked in I advised the front office staff that, being a CT Tech, I am subject to ON CALL, which I advised, I had in deed been called in to work after my 3:00 pm appt. I was NOT advised by your staff that the Dr. was behind schedule. I received NO communication, AT ANY TIME, from your staff in regard to the delay. This caused my a GREAT deal of stress, which only escalated with the delay. By the time I was actually seen the Dr Anderson, (whom NEVER acknowledged the delay, or apologized) I was NONE to happy. I was actually angry. My impression was that this practice has little or no regard for their patient time. I felt disrespected. Which made my less receptive to the Dr. For this reason I would not refer this group. I was placed in a room at 3:46 where I waited another 16 minutes. Like I said earlier, I also work in the medical field, and there are time when delays are unavoidable. BUT, as professionals, we MUST respect our patients, and bare minimum communicate with them, advised them of the delay and give them the option to reschedule, and of course, APPOLIZE when you have kept patients waiting for an unacceptable period of time!!!!!!!
Very friendly and courteous. I didn't have any waiting time.
Dr. Anderson and his staff expertise is AWESOME. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.
Great guy, great personality and great at what he does. Can't ask for much more than that!
I would have preferred not to wait 15 minutes until being seen. My time is valuable to me but does not appear important to this medical office. The doctor was great. The experience getting to him was not.
I have been seeing Dr. Anderson for 4 years, for allergy issues. Under his treatment, i am much better off with my allergies after getting his treatment!!! Highly recommend seeing this Dr. !!
This is a professionally run practice and I have found both committed care and compassion to be consistent. Very pleased that I found Dr. Anderson.
I really enjoyed meeting the Doc- very relaxing but professional demeanor- I felt he was honest with me and realistic; I felt I was being listened to
A bright,young intuitive doctor.
Dr Anderson was really professional and very easy to talk to. He gave me helpful suggestions, in addition to the prescribed treatment for my diagnosis. I loved the atmosphere in the total office and I was satisfied with the answers I was given, to all my questions.
Dr. Anderson is a professional. I was here for a second opinion of a procedure recommended by another doctor. The results were astounding. His manner and knowledge of my condition was way more definitive, and his recommendations totally changed the corrective procedure to a dramactically less invasive one and a drasticlly less painfull recovery. I would recommend him to anyone.
Fantastic person. Treats you like a fellow human, not another patient.
Dr. Anderson is very personable and understanding. He speaks to me so I can understand my options and what will best benefit my health. One of the friendliest and most competent doctors I have seen. I highly recommend him!
I was not satisfied with my visit. After waiting over an hour the actual visit with the doctor was less than 3 minutes and what he said was not satisfactory I need to see another doctor for a second opinion but not at that office.
Dr. Anderson knew what he was doing..GREAT...
He was easy to talk with and gave good answers
Dr. Anderson is a young easy going Dr. with great bedside manner who seemed not to be in a hurry, and answered all our questions. We liked him a great deal.
I found Dr. Anderson very personable, I went in a bit nervous and he just seemed so relaxed and knowledgeable that my fears just went away. He was able to diagnose my problem and gave me advice on how to treat it. I feel very secure that if I have any more issues he will be able to provide me with excellent care.
Dr. Anderson is a very nice always smile and very pleasant He is not rushing you out. He put his time to listen to your problem and take time to explain what he will do to get better. I recommend Dr. Anderson to everybody.
Nice office. Kind doctor. Obviously content staff. Good experience for a doctor I found off this service yesterday.
This was a follow-up visit. There was a short wait in the reception area and the same in the exam room. No problem. Dr. Anderson was attentive and personable, and the exam was quick and thorough.
I love Dr. Scott Anderson, best doctor that I have seen. Personal, caring, and takes time with the patient and their concerns, and has a great personally. Recommend him highly.
The wait was around 15 minutes, and once in the room, less than five minutes.
Pleasant and professional. Friendly and helpful staff. A long time in the waiting room, though.
Very good. Really glad they could get the hearing test done at the same time.
Dr Anderson was very professional but had a wonderful personality. He got to the root of my issue within minutes!
He was great with my son! His team was also very helpful and kind.
My first time seeing him and I was very pleased with him. I will recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Anderson was great. He took the time to truly listen to me, explain things and answer my questions. I left a ct scan cd for him to review. He said he would call me if he found anything of concern. He called and left me a v/m letting me know he reviewed and everything was fine. I was highly impressed with Dr. Anderson and would recommend him to anyone!
I believe he is really trying to help me with my problem...
Dr. Anderson was great need more Doctors like him
Thought he was great!! Personable, funny and knowledgable. Already recommended him to my son!!
Y'all should have sent this prior to the numbness wearing off. The staff and Dr Anderson are top notch. Drove 8+ hours to be treated by him.
He's very skilled at his job. Was able to diagnose my problem before even beginning any procedures. He's very kind and seems to actually care about my health.
It was great. Dr Anderson always have time to listen snd careful osy attencion to my concerns
Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor. He told me what he thought was wrong with me on my first visit and he was absolutely correct. I was tested for allergies and out of the 40 allergens, 23 popped positive. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone that needs the help of an ENT. You will not be disappointed!
Dr. Anderson really listens to what you have to say. He also presents all your options for you so you can make the best decision for your treatment. All the staff is very friendly and helpfull and he is my favorite Dr to visit.
I like Dr. Anderson very much, but out of 3 appointments, I have had to wait for over an hour for 2 of them. One appt. was a pre-op for a tonsillectomy. I had actually called the day before asking about the appointment and how long it would take as I was going to have to have my grandson with me that day. I was told it would be very quick as it was a pre-op appt. NO problem they said. They had not told me that I would then have to go to a different office for bloodwork. As it turned out, they scheduled that pre-op appt. too close to the actual surgery for me to have blood/lab work done. The lab office told me the lab work couldn't be done in time. I called back to Dr. Anderson's office and let both offices talk and they appeared to have worked it out and I got my blood taken BUT when I showed up for surgery on Monday morning, there was no bloodwork back. As I have said, I like Dr. Anderson very much, but his office appears to be VERY unorganized. They will email 3 or 4 times to remind you of your appointment, also text twice, and call once or twice EVEN AFTER I CONFIRMED TO A REAL PERSON BY PHONE but they can't schedule their appointments correctly so as not to have over an hour wait.
Dr. Anderson was good but I was under the impression he was covering for Dr. Donnelly MD. and they told me I cant change. When I called I asked to see Dr. Donnelly not Dr. Anderson. it is a longer drive for me to Dr. Anderson Office. The last time I seen Dr. Donnelly was over at the hospital a couple of years 2 ago. I didnt even know that I was seeing Dr. Donnelly until I recieved a message on my phone Friday night.
He is absolutely wonderful. He connects with the child and almost makes the parents feel invisible! I think that's a great quality to be able to build trust with a child in what can normally be an intimidating situation. Dr's catch the wrap of being the bad guy with a mask and only gives shots. Dr's change lives and Dr. Anderson is definitely one of those life changers! This is our second time seeing him for my son and I will be making an appointment for myself!
The Doctor was good. I have no issues with him, and how I was treated in the office. However, I had a nasal endoscopy, and this was billed as a surgical procedure. My insurance wouldn't pick up any of it and it was subjected to my deductible (100% out of pocket, my responsibility), which hasn't been met yet. I would think this would be diagnostic, not surgical. I never signed a waiver for surgery, and therefore this puzzles me. I am in the early stages of resolving this issue. I feel the doctors should have disclosed to me that the procedure would be considered surgical, rather than diagnostic. By definition, a nasal endoscope is a medical device consisting of a thin, rigid tube with fiber-optic cables for bringing in light. The endoscope is then connected to a light source and a video camera to project magnified images on a screen. These endoscopic images can be captured and recorded for documentation for each patient. So breaking it down, they a scope was inserted in my nose to give the doctor an internal look of what was going on. Doesn't sound like surgery to me?
Excellent. He is extremely personable and got right to the heart of my issues with explanation of options and treatment.
Short wait, everything was very good. Someone in the office is a smoker. Not a good thing in an ENT office. Didn't like the smell when she walked past me.
He had a great way of telling you just what he was doing at the time. He knows his business and how to help you! The pain from an severe ear infection is worse than surgery! I didn't leave his office without several cards so I could give them to friends. Will make my husband an appointment very soon too! Very professional and has good people skills!
While the visit with Dr. Anderson was excellent and he was a specialist within my medical plan network. I choose him because of his credentials. Dr, Anderson took the time to fully discuss options I had for my sleep apnea. I had a less favorable impression of the administrative side of the visit. Everything went great until time to checkout and make my co-payment. The problem was less with his office than with the medical plan I was under. Communication regarding my referral for Dr. Anderson was very poor. Instead of my medical plan paying I had to pay for the treatment and consultation. Although, I will in all likelihood be reimbursed.
Great doctor who fixed my sinus problems that other ENTs couldn't even diagnose. I can smell, taste, and breathe better than I have in decades. And he's extremely pleasant with a caring and informative bedside manner.
I am VERY pleased with Dr Anderson specifically. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. After surgery he called me back when my daughter was having issues. The only feedback would be for the office staff to be more attentive to what is going on. I waited a day before being called back when we needed a nausea medicine after surgery after being passed around to a few people not knowing who was handling the request. Also making an appointment was not easy or flexible. I waited on hold for someone to help me for over 35 minutes and for someone to come back on and ask me to start over.
Dr. Anderson & the staff have always treated me in a friendly & caring manner. Dr. Anderson has an upbeat, open & positive personality. It is easy to see that he loves what he does. He asks questions & really listens to my responses, takes time to update me & answer my questions and concerns honestly, never showing impatience. He explains and talks you through treatments and is glad to have you actively take part in your care.
Lab tech gave me hearing test then met with Dr. Anderson for ear check up and to go over results of the test. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend.
Dr. Anderson was personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed my problem which had been missed by two internists. He made me feel at ease. It was easy to perceive that Dr. Anderson is a top notch doctor based on my experience as the spouse of a surgeon. Thank you for treating me with expertise and good humor.
This was one of the worst experiences with a physician that I have ever experienced. Beyond waiting nearly an hour past my appointment time to be seen, the office staff claiming that I didn't have a co-pay (though I certainly did, which they promptly sent me a bill for after the appointment in the mail), and the medical assistant asking ME what some of the abbreviations meant that the doctor used, I found Dr. Anderson's bedside manner to be disrespectful. He showed no concern for my primary complaint. His justification being that the swollen lymph nodes in my neck that had been present for some time along with other symptoms and abnormal lab values were "just me". While reviewing my lab work I brought to his office that my PCP ordered, he seemed more concerned about how much the tests were rather than interpreting their significance. He then went on to explain how much he was responsible for when he had labs done by an infectious disease doctor some time ago. I left without a diagnosis, no plan of action, after declining to make another appointment at the front desk after the MA asked ME what his notes meant.
Very professional and informative. Pleasant to converse with.
i loved the office and the crew members. they had a lot of patinents with my child and the other kids. ill recommend this office to any one. keep up the great work!!!
Dr. Anderson and his staff are a pleasantly professional team. From my initial consult visit through my surgical procedure and my recovery stage, I have been treated respectfully.
Dr. Anderson was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Carleen
I was so pleased with the entire staff. They were both professional and polite. If I could only find good PCP in Spring Hill it would save me a trip of going to Countryside. Thank you very much.
I REALLY LIKE DR ANDERSON - MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DID NOT HAVE HIM AS MY SURGEON WHEN I HAD POLYPS REMOVED FROM MY VOICE BOX BACK IN JUNE '14 - I JUST MIGHT NOT HAVE THE DISASTROUS RESULTS I AM CURRENTLY HAVING TO LIVE WITH!!
Very professional, know what he is talking about . I knew I was in good hands
Dr. Anderson is a wonderful physician, very nice with patients and takes his time. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Anderson was very thorough and had great bedside manner. He's an awesome doctor.
He listens and asks questions. He doesn't rush.
Very informative and easy to talk to.
I was bringing my 12 year old daughter for tonsillectomy consultation and Dr. Anderson's up beat bubbly personality instantly eased my daughter of her worries. He spoke to her as well, which made her more comfortable. His staff were very nice from signing in to checking out. His nurse was extremely helpful in accommodating our next visit being that we were coming more than an hour away. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Anderson.
He was very short with me. He didn't give any explanation to my health concerns. " Take Motrin ", "Do you have your insurance Card and Copay?" Two phrases I distinctly remember. Evidently his office is a MILL. Don't go there.
Dr. Anderson is knowledgable and gives you time to make sure your questions are answered. He DOES NOT Push designer drugs and recommend unneeded procedures.. He is very nice.
Not thorough. After clear MRI, no further interest or explanation of ear aches/pain. Just recommended hearing aids. Yes, I know I have hearing loss and need hearing aid. But when MRI shows nothing, then no concern for other possible causes of ear aches/pain/discomfort. I am not impressed
Very good visit. No waiting.
Dr. Anderson has a great sense of humor and is always happy to answer answer questions!
Doctor was great once I got to see him. My conplaint is that I had an appointment to see Dr. Anderson to be followed by an appointment to have my hearing tested and then to see Dr. Anderson again. Upon finishing my time with the doctor I was told that ther would be over an hour wait for a hearing test. Having another appointment scheduled for Mammogram I was not able to wait that long. Now I have to wait over a month before I can get the hearing test and then back another day to see the doctor.
My wait time was about 15 minutes or so but I had to fill out new patient forms so it was no big deal! The women at the check in and check out counter were very nice. The nurse was also friendly and answered questions I had about rescheduling. Dr. Anderson was very nice/friendly. He recommended a procedure based on my symptoms and medical history and asked me a lot of question about what has been happening. Definitely seemed trustworthy and easy to talk to. My follow up and procedure were scheduled promptly and easily. Would definitely (and have to haha) visit this office again.
Dr Anderson was very helpful. He cleaned out my ears and gave me a prescription for ear drops. I was using another over the counter brand, and it was like pouring acid into my ears. I had lost about 10 decibels as well. After a while my hearing came back to what is normal for me. After the cat scan he read the results and told me there were no rumors or anything else abnormal in the ear canal. Unfortunately he had to tell me that my hearing loss could not be restored unless through hearing aids.
I thought he was great. He fixed my problem right away and he found an issue I didn't know I had.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!! Had to have an office procedure that I was a bit concerned about. He assured me that I would be fine- and back to work the next day. Well...I AM fine, and I AM back to work the next day! No pain now- even though I was a wimp on the exam table :) He was great.
This visit was the only one of the three I've had with him I had to wait more than 10 minutes- I'm fine with it- I got a great nap in! Some days it just goes that way...no worries. Office staff is great- Cecily his nurse is awesome.
Excellent and caring physician
I almost wish somezthing was wrong so I could come brack. Just kidding. Dr Anderson was very nice and professional. I liked that he didn't hesitate to tell me he couldn't find anything wrong at this time. Thumbs up for dr Anderson.
Excellent! GO GO GO! If you need a great ENT doc and staff...this is your PLACE! Dr. Anderson is pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, and best of all? Doesn't just jump into wanting to do surgery! So if you want a more reserved approach vs. a doc who just wants to cut, cut, cut...GO!
Very friendly and polite. Staff is great too. Takes the time to talk with you. I recommend him. AND..He's a Florida Gator fan. GO GATORS!!!!
Dr. Anderson was very nice and personable. He answered all my questions and took his time to properly analyze my problem. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if needed in the future.
He listens to what you have to say. That's important.
Dr. Anderson was great! He is taking an approach to my situation that we both feel is best for me and my problem.
Very professional office. It was a relaxing visit and never felt rushed.
Dr anderson asked lots of questions - was thorough and spent time with me. Liked him very much. delores smart
Post op follow up with Doc was very helpful.
He was very informative, did not seem to rush the visit and I was able to feel calm and ask my questions I hoped to.
Dr Anderson is a pleasure to have an appointment with!
by far the best doctor
He is the Best ! He diagnosed my problem , when other ENT's failed . I had given up. I saw so many ENT's, I lost count, I cannot say enough nice things about him , he is so brilliant, smart, and outstanding in his field !
Dr. Scott answered all our questions in language we could understand. He didn't talk down to us. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
I would recommend Dr Anderson to anyone. Sometimes the wait time is longer then expected but ok if I get to see Dr Anderson!
First visit so not yet able to pinpoint the problem without further testing.
Went to see Dr Anderson for chronic tonsillitis/tonsillitis. Office staff was polite and professional, they were able to fit me in right away. Dr Anderson was wonderful and patiently explained to me what my options were and answered every question I had. Would highly recommend this office to others.
Excellent! And caring
I had balloon sinuplasty performed by Dr. Anderson on 10/10/2014. The level of courtesy and professionalism at this office is the highest I have ever experienced at any doctors office. During the procedure Dr. Anderson explains exactly what he was doing each step of the way and was happy to answer any of your questions. Prior to seeing Dr. Anderson I had been to countless physicians who just prescribed more medications but never took the time to get to the root cause of my chronic sinus condition. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson for anyone looking for a physician that will listen to your issues and find the cause instead of covering up the symptoms. In addition the office staff is incredibly friendly. They take the time to greet you and smile instead of just throwing a clipboard at you and saying have a seat without even making eye contact. Thanks again for the great experience :)
Dr. Anderson made me feel that someone understands my problem, and I feel confident that he can help
I had an 8:40 am appointment which the office called and changed to 8:30 am. I own my own business so I want to get these appointments done early or late so I have more time in the office. I arrived on time for the 8:30 appointment and was seen by the Dr. around 10:00am. Dr Anderson is a wonderful and very qualified Dr. but a little heads up on the time changing would have been nice.
Dr. Anderson was friendly, very capable and answered my questions. He explained each procedure before doing them. I highly recommend him.
Really great Dr. Very professional and friendly !!
Excellent as usual!!!!
GOOD JOB WELL DONE THANKS J MILIOTO
Wonderful as always
Yes, I would definitely see this doctor again. I recommend him to anyone seeking a good ENT.
He was compassionate, patient, knowledgable and thorough. I will recommend him to everyone. Office staff are very professional and courteous.
Based upon my own impressions at this time I submit the following having never had to see a nose doctor I was somewhat curious as to what to expect and what was the headgear that the doctor was wearing this made me a little more talkative and I think that hurt me because I failed to ask the question that I may have had. Such as does it have anything to due with my runny right nostril ( no blood) just on and off dripping that started about the same time as the nosebleeds l also failed to ask the doctor if the dried up chunk of skin I found on my mattress was some part of the inside of my nose. Secondly I am concern about the pain that persist although it does seem to be less as the time goes but I still feel the discomfort and I am wondering if that is due to having a medical instrument in my left nostril and I am sure that was necessary I am just wondering if that is the cause of my current discomfort Absent all of the above I would rate the office visit with Doc Anderson to be excellent. Also if not too personal Is Doc Anderson from the state of Maine?
Just didn't care for Dr. Anderson. The procedure was uncomforable, which should not have been. I'll find another Doctor.
I liked Doctor Anderson very much and felt very confidant in he knowledge...his assistant was also wonderful, very caring... The wait time for too long... Getting him for a doctor was so worth the 38 mile trip to get there..
Very knowledgeable, friendly, young, not cranky! And he knows what he is talking aboit. Hreat office staff, highly recommended!
Dr. Anderson is most responsible and personable. It is always a delight to visit him as a patient.
Dr. Anderson and his staff put you at ease immediately. They tell you what is going to happen and answer any questions before they do it, so you are prepared and comfortable. They go the extra mile to ensure you receive excellent medical care.
Dr. Anderson does an excellent job of listening to feedback and assisting treatments accordingly. His manner is very relaxed and professional and is adept at putting patients (me) at ease during uncomfortable parts of the treatment.
Very professional! Dr. Anderson has a way of making you feel at ease, even when he is running those dang instruments down your ear canals.
I would recommend Dr. Anderson to family, friends, etc. He is thorough and spends time explaining things even though I know he is quite busy.
Awesome doctor with a great sense of humor. Recommended to anyone!
Dr Anderson was great. Awesome bedside manner, lots of energy, and solid advice. I have already recommended him to a friend.
As always great doctor
I called ahead of my scheduled appointment because I had become concerned that something wasn't quite right with me ear. Dr Anderson checked it out and not finding anything wrong had my hearing checked again to make sure I was AOK. The report was good for an Old lady like me and I will return on my previously scheduled appointment in Dec.
I have had serious issues with my sinuses, ear pressure, dizziness, extreme headache, laryngitis, sore throat, and it moved into my chest and became bronchitis. I had an urgent care doctor order a CT scan and Dr. Anderson showed me the sinuses from a top view and said there is no active sinus disease and told me to see a rheumatologist. His staff was kind enough to call and make me an appt yesterday and I had blood work done, but there is something wrong inside my head and he really didn't want to discuss more than what he saw on the CT scan. I felt like he left me hanging. I don't know if there was more he could have done for me, but I felt like he didn't really listen to my symptoms to try and help me figure out why they have persisted for over 3 weeks time. I really needed help and didn't feel like he did as much as he could for me. It was a negative CT scan and he left it at that other saying it might be something viral or auto immune, but I left the office sick and scared and not really knowing where to turn. I tried to explain the pain I was having and was wondering if there was still inflammation, but he didn't address my concerns. I did go to the rheumatologist who drew blood, but couldn't really do more than that other than suggesting I see a pulmonologist as well due to noises on the left side of my lungs that he said shouldn't be there.
I have to thank Dr. Anderson and his staff for how well they accommodated me on the day of this appointment. I was the last appointment of the date and unexpectedly running almost 15 minutes late. I called to let them know my problem and they graciously agreed to wait for me. I finally arrived 20 minutues late and was treated as warmly and courteously as if I had been on time. Not many offices are willing to go that extra mile these days and it was very much appreciated.
He is really great! His bedside manner is superb !!!
Very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend:)
I enjoyed my visit as much as someone can when they're sick. Dr Anderson was very easy to talk to and listened to me also.
was courteous listened to my concerns and I feel has the right treatment in mind
I was treated like a number. He refused to call my primary care doctor
Personable, youthful , comedic edge that was very pleasant , very well informed .
Great visit... Would highly recommend him
Diagnosed and solved my issue with no further follow ups. Excellent Doctor.
Was seen on time and the doctor was very friendly and thorough.
If you have any ENT problem, Run, run , run TO Doc. Anderson. His skill level is outstanding. His ability to make the patient fill comfortable and confident is outstanding. HE WILL BE MY ENT DOCTOR FOR LIFE.
We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time and no apology or excuse was given. The doctor fixed the problem and then just left. It would have been nice if he would have said "good bye". But at least he fixed the issue.
I booked this appointment for loss of hearing, on ZocDoc. When I arrived at the office I had approx. 15 minute wait in the waiting room and another 10 min in the exam room, Dr Anderson did the examination (very thorough) and then told me I would have to book another appointment because, when scheduling on ZocDoc, it does not schedule a hearing test!! It will be three weeks before I can get another appointment. My time my gas for their error, I feel every attempt should have been made to work me in, instead the attitude was, that's the way it is live with it. Hopefully I will not have to fork over the cost of another appointment.
Easy to talk to...very personable.
Great doctor! Fast, friendly service.
Dr. Anderson is great. I think his front office could use some customer service training...
I love the professional atmosphere and dr Anderson explain every thing and very helpful
Great guy!! Great staff! Took care of everything with a smile....and that's important!!!
Very personable, great bedside manner, I'd like to say I wish I had more ear problems, so that I could see him more often, but that would be a lie. Good doctor.. go see him if you've a need.
Wait time was a little long, but I'll chalk that up to it being later int he week and my appointment was later in the day. Otherwise, a smooth visit and a nice office. Would recommend.
He went beyond my experiences I have had with any other specialists. Very good.
Great doctor amazing bedside manner
Listened carefully, asked the appropriate questions, and was overall very helpful.
Great! Dr. Anderson listens and is friendly. His staff is very professional.
Very thorough and great personality.
Very professional and easy to understand.
Nice, Professional and showed concern over my health concerns..
Good bedside manner, clearly knows what he is doing, nice facility, smooth check-in, just an A+ experience across the board. And given that this was an urgent situation that I booked only 4 hours in advance, I'm greatly appreciative, and can gladly endorse.
Really kind, not rushed, educated. Great visit, I feel lucky I picked him out of the group!
This appears to be a very well run practice. I was seen on time by the Doctor. He is very straightforward and clear in his diagnosis and explained treatment options clearly.
Excellent bedside manners. Caring and knowledgeable. Great sense of humor.
Terrible. He insulted the company I work for and then never diagnosed my issue.
I think he was very friendly, the patient is my 23month old daughter and he was talking to her giving hi5's it was nice.
Dr. Anderson was extremely professional and is great with children. He smiled, laughed and made my 3 1/2 year daughter at ease with her visit. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a warm, caring, knowledgeable doctor to use with little ones.
Very friendly, professional doctor and staff.
Very friendly, yet professional!
When I had so many drs. to choose from I thought I would loose that private practice feeling, that changed when I met Dr. Anderson. Great personality, right to the point! Thanks again!!
I talked to the receptionist about issues of allergies she agreed. So I made the appt. He said I needed a different type specialist But did not give Me any Dr's. name? Wanted me to come back in 2 weeks.
Amazing Dr with Awesome bedside manners! Dr. Anderson made my daughter feel very at ease. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr Anderson was overwhelmed. But the wait was worth it. Highly recommend him.
He was awesome! Great bedside manner, spent a TON of time with me answering questions and explaining everything, and he knew up-to-date procedures. I felt cared for and trust him completely. I am so happy I found him on ZocDoc! Oh, and his nurse who first saw me was also amazing. She was really friendly and very sweet. :)
Office staff is nice and Dr. Anderson was extremely pleasant.
