They were ready at my appointment time and all the work I needed was completed very quickly and efficiently. Great job.
Any hearing aid center will start from the standpoint of selling you something. Unfortunately, I have had to figh with several of these companies for preying on my elderly loved ones. It can be an ugly business that is aimed at syphoning money from a vulnerable population. I totally recommend Dr. Scott Young. I went into his office because I have a strong history of hearing loss and the masks were making it obvious that I'm dependent on lip reading. He did an exam and told me I didn't need hearing aids yet. I was there and ready to pay whatever I needed, but he gave me other options to help with my hearing and told me to save my money. If/ when I actually need hearing aids, I'll go back to him because he earned my trust.

I had recently developed issues with my hearing aids, my former audiologist wasn't addressing. I sought out new care. Research led me to the audiologists at Hearing Solutions Center. I could not be more pleased with the level of care and assistance they provided. They got me back on track. My hearing aids work better than before. I'm so pleased with the service. I changed my health insurance to a company with better audiology coverage so I could continue to use them.
Dr. Scott was very professional, yet personable and patient in his interview and testing. Testing was through and extensive compared to another hearing aid test previously at a different business. Explained and demonstrated the best device to address my problem, without any sense of rushing to get to next patient.
Great experience. I like that Dr. Young is open & picky abt. his work. He will tell you that. I found the atmosphere friendly & welcoming & when I left I felt like I made new friends who are concerned about my hearing. I recommend them. Visit them, you will see what I mean.
Great staff and Dr Scott is a very nice and intelligent hearing specialist. He took the time to test and go over the results. And formulate a customized for my hearing aids.
Hearing Solutions is fantastic! Dr. Young is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful for my hearing disability. I am thrilled with the solution he recommended! I highly recommend Hearing Solutions with Dr. Scott Young and Dr. Simeo.
