Office and nursing staff were great. However, the on line service is really a pain when the notice form them was not sent to my phone till 30 minutes after my appointment time. As for telling the office that I filled the paperwork on line I did but you cannot print off a copy to bring into the Dr's office so I had to fill out paperwork again when I arrived at the office. If this is what has to be done then either get rid of the on line service or update it so patients can print out the documents to bring into the Doctors office with them. I do not like wasting 30-45 minutes of my time filling out duplicate paperwork.

The office staff were not entirely clear or polite. The assistant this came in after the dr to schedule a steroid shot had no idea of how he performed this procedure i.e. under general this made me feel uneasy about competence and traing

I got taken back on time but did have a bit of a wait after getting the xrays completed but he was extremely apologetic. And it wasn't as long as i have had to wait in some doctor's offices. This was my first visit to Dr. Haslam but I get the feeling timeliness is very important to him.
Very personable doctor with a great bed side manner. Took his time diagnosing my ailment and did a great job explaining how it could be treated.
