I got in and out of the office very quickly. The nurse, staff, and doctor were nice and accommodating; they made me feel comfortable and respected as a woman. I will be going back to Dr. Kossari.

I had read info online, but the only thing that I found to be accurate was the wait. It's long, but they play movies to keep you distracted. The staff is great! Sergio and Aliza is who I interacted with, and they were the best! I left my tablet and Sergio called me, put it aside and waited for my return on a Saturday.
Dr. Kossari sat down and gave me more insight than I've received in the last 8 months from my other doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable, wasn't rushing to approve surgery, but needed to be sure of my real needs. He's my new doctor, and I recommended him already.

Terrible experience! I had a 10:30am appointment and was not seen until nearly 1pm. All seats were take. And there was no standing room. It was 90 degrees out and packed in like sardines with a small fan blowing. The nurses and desk staff were alright, though very impersonal. Finally saw the doctor which took almost a whole 10 mins! Only questions he had for me were where I heard about him and how awesome I should think he is....not what I would expect for my first doctor appointment in my first pregnancy. He did not speak to me at all about my current state...saw me and left. Would not return or recommend....but might try the donut shop next door.

I came in for a UTI but was not treated properly...Came back the second time and they send my urine to the lab and told me it would take a week to get the results. While waiting they did not give me any medication for my problem. After a week of suffering with the pain...not to mention my back started hurting really bad...after a week passed I called them and they still did not have my results, I came in the next day back to the office and they tested again for the 3rd time and finally gave me antibiotic...but it was already to late...the infection was spread to my kidneys...I went to the ER the next day and turns out that I had a kidney infection... I been in bed for 1 week trying to recover from this infection which could of been treated properly. I will never go back to this doctor again.

It was a cattle call. Some of the staff was nice but the office is disorganized and some of the Nurse's and the Doctor's appear to be rude to the staff - its like they are in training as they work. The Doctor was not attentive, unwelcoming and boarder line rude. It's my 1st pregnancy and you would expect the doctor to offer a little TLC or at least answer any questions :-( Disappointed because I really thought I was going to have a good experience.

The doctor was fast. Did more talking than listening. Was trying to sell me hormones therapy instead of whating to hear what I was saying. Then the bill came and that was so very high Way to expensive for what I received

He was fantastic! Made you feel very comfortable, his exam was very thorough, very knowledgeable,and was able to answer all my questions. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was "working well" with me, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him.

I truly feel comfortable with the staff and Dr. Kossari himself. He is wonderful caring and professional. Even these app could be uncomfortable as the nature of the visit but the office make it fun. Thank you! :)
